Can you guys recommend the best food to eat while breastfeeding? how can I make more milk? What to eat and not to eat?

I heard the pain is pretty bad... but how bad is it exactly? ...
I'm not near to be a Mom... but I want to mentally prepare myself for the future O.o im afraid of physical pain!

Well I've only had sexual relationships... once,... it was last year... I used no protection... and I am wondering that why is it that I did NOT get pregnat...

Is it considered active labor when the water breaks or when you start dialating? I was dialated 2 cm for a couple weeks, but having hard contractions before my water broke....I think my lack of sleep is making me thing too much. That is just something I would like to know.

ok so i have been having unprotected sex for 3 months and i know it is wrong and 4 weeks ago my boyfriend ejaculated three times and it has been three weeks to four weeks now and i have been taking epts and they come out negative.and now i got my period but im afraid i can still be pregnant coz i read up on it and it says that it is possible to be pregnant still. i dont know wat to do? like i have a lot of cramps and i feel all sick could i be pregnant still?

Hello all, this is my first time asking a question.... I'm currently 8 days late for my period, I'm nauseous, extrememly light-headed and dizzy. My basal body temperature has risen by 0.5 degree, but all preg tests come back negative. I rang my doc yesterday and he told me it may not show positive for another week or 2. My husband and I have only been trying for 1 month and unfortunately I had a still-born baby last time, so I'm completely paranoid with what is happening to me and I just want to know if I'm pregnant or not. Does anyone experience the same symptoms and getting negative results? When did you get a positive result? Oh and today I've been experiencing brown spotting, what does that mean??? Thanks!! MD

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have had morning sickness for the past week. All of a sudden my morning sickness is disappearing. I still have other pregnancy symptoms though. Is this a sign of miscarriage? I have had 3 previous miscarriages and had morning sickness with the first pregnancy which wasn't as bad. Can't remember it disappearing though.

It's not even the "Should I get an abortion?", which clearly is a stupid answer because the only one that can answer that and has to live with it is you and the baby's father... but why do people always post their "Are you pro-life or pro-abortion" questions or "Name 7 reasons to support abortion?" GOSH... isn't there a political section? These questions are getting worse than the "I had sex... am I pregnant?" questions!!!

Is my friend lying about being pregnant?First she said she had a crush on this boy,then a few weeks later she said this boy was having surgery and realized he loved her and they started dating.Then a few weeks later she told my friends she was pregnant.When she told my friends this (Since I my self was already at that time a month pregnant but had just told them myself),my friends asked me if I thought she was lying.Then a few weeks later my friend went on and got my other friend involved with her so called-boyfriend's brother.My one friend believes her (This is the one dating the boyfriends brother) and my other friend is on my side thinking it's bull.The thing is their is no way really for us to tell if this girl is lying or not because we all live in differant states one of us lives in PA,1 in Arkansas,1 in Florida & 1 in Ohio.Now my friend when she found out she was pregnant said her boyfriend was hoping for twins and now she says she is having twins.She showed my one friend an ultrasound of a baby that I later found on Google.Com.This girl is 17 years old,claims she is pregnant with twins,moved out with her 19 year old boyfriend and everyone is ok with her pregnancy.This girl is constantly making up dramam and everything and I am just getting tired of dealing with the lies.My question to you guys is: Is my friend lying and if so how can I help my other friend figure out she is lying?

leaking breasts.I found i was pregnant 1/14/07 , but it was an ectopic and had to be removed along with my right tube. My breasts were full and the milky substance in them had dried . But now I'm having leakage again??Is this normal? Or is something wrong ? Helpful answers will be apppreciated , thanks!

I'm looking for personal as well as medical answers on this one. I've just been researching early and late pregnancy symptoms, and am wondering what the typical symptoms you found are, and when they occured. Were any of you late with symptoms? Early?

Did you notice anything in the first month? The last month? How did your body change over the course of each trimester, and what phases did you find the easiest and hardest to deal with? What were some solutions?

Just an interested lady considered pregnancy vs. adoption (though I'd like to do both. =P ).

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and a smoker. I've cut down to about 2 a day, but its so hard!! I'm really trying to quit but I want to know what kind of damage I'm really doing, if any? A lot of my friends smoked during thier pregnancies and the babies were fine.

I went to the hospital yesterday for my ultra sound on my baby and was told the baby was in early stages and he could only se the sack, yet today i was told my hormones are at 639 and told im about 5 weeks and 5 days....Then was told that it should have showed up in the ultra sound, has anyone any idea why i cant see my baby?????
Miscarrage and ectopic are excluded...

Can you spot and have to were a pad? and can there be any clotting and everything work out? my friend had heavy spotting every month of her pregnancy and she was fine and the baby but she didnt have clotting. i was wondering if i could still be preg, period isnt due till thurs and im VERY regular and this is different from most period..have symptoms, tiredness dissy, pee more often, headaches, HUNGRY as hell. need advie and i no take a test i cant now but i will so no need to say take a test if you dont have an answer then dont put one!

I gave birth to my son 2 months ago, and after my 6 week checkup i got the depo shot, now i am in harendus pain in my lower abdominal area, and i have been bleeding for almost 2 weeks straight!!!! I just tried having intercoarse and it hurt way to much so i had to stop, and my partner said it felt way to warm inside of me.... could i have been pregnant and the shot caused a misscarage? did i even have a miscarage? help please, i REALY appreciate it.

I was watching a rerun of CSI last night where a teenage girl fantasizes about being pregnant, and due to hormone pills, her body reacted by lactating and her uterus expanding, etc even though there was no intercourse involved. Is this science fiction or can something like that really happen?

We just started going to birthing classes and they told us that we needed to discuss all the options since every pregnancy is different. In the case that I would have to have one we need to know if how we feel is ok, normal or wrong. Because I will be put to sleep by meds and have to go thur recovery, Is it okay to tell family and friends that they will have to wait to see the baby until after I have gotten to hold him? They told us that the baby and Dad would be taken back up to our room (seeing that everything is okay with baby), but is it wrong to want to let dad and baby bond until I am able to come out of recovery? Please let us know...this will be our first.
