i have a really bad cold i cant stop coughing everyone is telling me that i can put my self into labor because of my coughinh is this true has it happend to anyone you know. i am 1 cm diolated and thind 1 cm. my water has not broke. and if any one know if there is anything to stop me from coughing. please let me know

i still have atleast 7 more weeks, but since i started showing early (when i was 3 months) everyone at home and at work keeps asking me "not yet!!" "your still pregnant!!". i just wish they would stop. anyone else feel the same or felt the same when they were pregnant? or is it just pregnancy hormones

I had last periods on 18th Feb
SEx on 1st March used protection (condoms)
But since sex from 2nd or 3rd Mrach i am having tightness & strechness is felt in stomach & pains below navel burn sensation bulged out
Am i pregnant or just my mind????

does it mean really 8 weeks pregnancy (counted from the first day of your last period)
or the fetus is only 6 weeks old since you're not really pregnant the first 2 weeks?

I'd like to know what baby looks like on the 8th week.

im 37 almost 38 weeks dialated to 2cm for a week now and have been 70% effaced for 2 weeks im so freaked out im gonna go overdue has anyone been where im at and wasnt overdue or is it a most likely ill be overdue. and did anyone feel no signs of labor coming on and then just went into labor?

I am 35w5d weeks pregnant..Yesterday i had pain starts from the top of my stomach and moves around til the bottom and them moves to my lower back...It started anout 9:55 pm and continued until 11:00 pm. , I tried to change positions but nothing!.Then it stopped until today morning at 7:00 am it started again but not as yesterday..Something like little period pain...Now its 10:30 am and the pain is much more...the morning..and it looks like period cramps...and little pain in my back...
Well , Is that normal? are these braxton hicks or maybe signs that i will go into labor soon? Has anyone encountered such pains?
Note that i went on 34w3d to hospital and there were a lot of irregular high intesity contactions with a high fetal heart rate , and the dr. requested bed rest..But when i went on 35w2d , everything show normal and no high intesting contractions as be4.

I've always wondered what would happen if a woman, who did not know she was pregnant at the time, donated blood. You read everywhere that pregnant women should not donate, and they even ask you if you have been pregnant with in the past 6 weeks during the interview part of donating blood. But what really happens to the woman/fetus if you donate blood before you know you are pregnant?
This is simply out of curiosity- no underlying issue. Thanks!

Me and my boyfriend were fooling around some day late January... we didn't have actual sex that day, but we did do manual and oral. I got my period around a week after that, and it was completely normal. This month, my period is 10 days late. I have no signs of pregnancy (or so I think?) and my periods are normally regular give or take a couple of days each time. I'm not on birth control of any kind (though when we usually have sex we use condoms.) Jesus I'm scared. I know this isn't the greatest place for personal advice, and I should probably acquire a pregnancy test in the next few days, but to put my mind at rest is it possible for me to be pregnant?

and lower abdominal cramp especially morning time,urine frequently.I stopped bc pill last jan.9 then i recieved period jan.15.last feb. 13 i have 7 days spotting til now march 14 NO PERIOD.I feel sick like pregnant symtoms.I did urine test last week it was minus. my girlfriend and me had sex last month with no condom this month she had surgury on her knee and before she had surgery they gave her a pregancy test and it came negative,can that be acurate?also we had sex agian with out a condom last saturday and she start her period this friday is it possible that she is pregnant?

I went for my 16 week ultrasound scan and the doctor report everything as ok. What particularly struck me was what he said on the growth of the baby, he said that the baby was 17 weeks, a week ahead. Has anyone experienced this? Is this ok?

ok im 41 weeks im by myself tonight husband is at work im waiting for the doctor to call back ...but ive been going to the bathroom alot and ive been having bright red blood come out ..eash time i wipe there is more blood each time like the size of 75 cents ... it started light pink 2 hours ago. what do you think is going on ???... im freaken out and im waiting for the doctor to call ... ive been contracting every 13 minutes

No, my water did not break, but once I got to the hospital, I went into labor! So I had my baby on Feb. 27 at 2:01 pm. He weighed 8 lbs 3 oz... and 21 inches long.. Thanks everyone who helped me through my pregnancy!!

Ok. One of my friends just had a baby and I was talking to her about it and the OB doctor wouldn't see her until she was 8 weeks and well I made the appointment when I came close to 8 weeks but they couldn't get me in till almost 10 weeks! Should I try to see a different doctor as soon as possible? Is this dangerous that I haven't seen an OB doctor by the 9th week! I didn't even know I was pregnant till 7 weeks! I just had a 3rd scan today, the Gynae told me that the baby is a bit smaller compare to last week but have a heart beat (This is the first time I've heard) . He told me that if the baby is smaller again by next week , the heart beat will fade away, I've to give up the baby, have anyone encounter this problem? This is our first baby... I had sex for the first time with my fiancee on 1st March and we used protection condoms but now I'm kind of nervous I could be pregnant. I took 4 preg. tests early on, but the results were negative. But since 5th my abdoman is hurting feeling stretch & burning & little bulged out, thats what is freaking me. My last periods were on 18th Feb.
I don't know what's going on?
