im36 weeks and my scar is very red and tender

The scar tissue is probably aggravated from stretching so much. I would definitely talk to your doctor about this pain. The scar tissue most likely has nerve endings that are active and are being compressed and stretched....

when u did the csection? how many weeks already..? if it's still new,.. it's normal to be painful... and each time it differs as well.. it's normal... unless you are saying u are well over a couple of months and u r still feeling the pain... then it will be some problem

it could be because your skin is stretching, or maybe your clothes rubbing against it? try some coco butter cream and let it air out.
