interesting question!

I guess with all the differences in healthcare these days this would be one that is on minds....

15 yrs ago I went into a dr office had a blood test and they had me wait thirty to forty minutes and gave ma an answer

five years ago I went to the dr. office and was given a name of company and address and told that due to insurance I could get it done faster if I went straight to the company that they have to (by law) send it out to now....

I did medical billing for many years so I understood that it would be a day or so though.... which is why I asked the dr. this very question, "how long before I have the results"

a good dr. will not charge you if they have to call you back for another appt. first off... second, it is a simple phone call if you are not in the office....

where i live now the lab is right in the dr. offices... and they ran the test in less then thirty minutes... so I do not know which one (beta/qualitive) they did... but it was quick....

only time you should have to wait is if you are in an area/state that requires by law, for a seperate office (lab only) to run and read the test....

thank you for taking the time to read this
hope I have been of assistance
good luck

Most you can find out the same day, but it all depends on how lazy the lab is about calling people with results. Good luck.

Depends on the clinic. You may have to wait a couple hours or a day or two. Good luck to you!

tremendously, tremendously no longer likely. in case you have had a unfavourable blood attempt and started your era you're just about in no way pregnant. in certainty, in case you have been a affected person on the sanatorium i might pass so a techniques as to assert you certainly weren't pregnant. Nausea is a very nonspecific symptom, it must be something at this element. and whether all of the tests are incorrect and you have been newly pregnant, you ought to no longer be gaining any weight purely yet. it would lots extra in all probability be in straight forward terms a sprint of hormonal fluid retention, which happens to quite some women persons around era time. or in line with danger you're ingesting slightly extra beneficial than primary in case you're demanding. in case you're desiring a toddler - purely shop attempting!

Chances are that they will have to send it off to a lab, because they can't analyse blood samples in the average surgery. So you will probably have to wait at least a day.

It usually goes like this: They will draw your blood then make another appointment for you to come back so they can make more money off of you for another office visit.
It only takes a minute to draw blood and less than 30 minutes to get the results back but they love to drag it out.
They might give it to you tomorrow but i doubt it.
You would find out faster if you went to the er.
Good luck

I thin it really depends on the dr's office. I believe they had to send mine out, when they did mine.
