im having bloodly show ..alot more than what i was having this morning ..its like a light pink periond ...could this be the beggining of labor ?? im 41 weeks

yes im having contractions very hard one 10 minutes apart but ive been having them 10 minutes apart all day ..ive been to the hospital this morning and they sent me home cuz i stoped contracting for an hour

If you have blood of any kind, including the bloody tinge you're describing, you should immediately call the OBGYN and proceed to the nearest hospital... you could have an abruption. Nothing to worry overly about if you're that far along but definately need to get it checked out ASAP!!!

ok go back tothe hospital.. if you were 3 cm dialated this morning.. and you have been contracting that hard all day.. whether your body gave you a break or not .. it is pushing it along.. especially at 41 weeks.. go back .. get going.. now.. I am a labor doula.. been at this for a while.. get scooting! Good luck.. you are having a baby today!

WOW 41 weeks yes i would say it is the beginning of labor but don't get too excited though I know you can't wait to get that baby out, you are most likely in early labor it could be just a few hours untill you go into active labor of it could be a week. if you are feeling copntractions regularly i would say call your OB just to give them a heads up and good luck:)

I would say go to the hospital. Can u still feel your baby moving? Are u having contractions? I had my son the day before the due date and I didn't bleed any at all, but everyone is different so I would say go to the Dr.

If the bloody show just started you will be ok. If you've been having it for awhile, get to the hospital. The bloody show was what convinced me I needed to be at the hospital since supposed contractions were never consistantly spaced. Mom to 3 here.

I lost my mucus plug at 1030 on a tuesday night and more on wednesday morning and had my baby that night. I never had any bloody show just the slimy yellow mucus plug. So 24 hours after I lost my plug I had my baby. Good Luck!

Its an indication that labour is imminent. Wow, how exciting for you! Try to relax at this point but don't have a bath as the warm water can stop labour if it isn't established yet (over 5 cms dilated).

Since you are overdue it sounds like it to me. Go to the hospital and find out. Good luck with the baby.
