TELL HIM THE TRUTH

2007-03-13 11:57:51 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 1 0

Tell both him and the father. If he got together with you accpeting the fact that you had had sex with someone in the past, then nothing should change, if he really, truly loves you...he would support you through this tough time. However, if you cheated on him (which it doesn't sound like you did), he probably won't stick around. He may be a little weirded out about basically playing daddy to a kid who's not his, and it may be a responsibility he's not willing to take, but if this is the case, he must not care much about you anyway. i really hope he can support you and help you through this time. I'm sure he will come to love your baby, even if it is not of his creation. I also hope the biological father will be part of the child's life, and he can have 2 daddies! This happened when my mother was pregnant with my big bro (she had just gotten out of a nasty divorce with his real father and my dad had had a crush on her for years), and her current man (my dad!) accepted her and her baby, and my brother has called my dad "Dad" and his dad "Daddy" all his life. Good luck!

First of does your current boyfriend Know?
If not well there are 2 options. 1:tell him the truth and tell the other guy that you are carrying his child and let the real dad have a chance to be in this babys life or option 2: dont tell him and let him think that the baby is his and if he finds out well ur in a heep of trouble for not telling him in the first place. good luck

Do you know who is the father? If you do, contact him and let him know. I would be honest with your current man and tell him what's going on. Its not fair for him to think the baby is his and then have it turn out like an episode of Maury Povich.

Gee here's a thought....tell the truth. Whoever the father is should have the choice of whether or not they want to be in their child's life, and it's unfair and selfish for you to make that decision for them. Being honest now will save you all a lot of heartache in the future.

You should tell him and you know what will happen, you'll be without your current man. Try to get together with the babies father.

Pat yourself on the back to congratulate yourself for being a part of the overall downfall of society.
Babies are not accessories. Why don't you wait to have children until you're married??

Well aren't you a gem? Give up the baby for adoption. Poor kid... Don't date until you can figure out why you think you need a man to make you feel important.
