It's more of a spasim like feeling around my lower abdomin. Can someone help discribe what the fetus movements will feel like around this week. Thanks

So I have been looking into my birth control options. I am 24, married with two children, and don't want anymore for a while! *My youngest is 2 months*. I can't remember to take pills, and I want something that will last. Before getting pregnant with my second child, I had the paragard copper IUD. I liked the fact that I didn't have to worry about it, but I also had complications. (Very heavy period, terrible cramps, backaches, etc.)
I have heard about the Mirena IUD. I have looked at their website and researched it, but I want to know if anyone has or has had one and what are the pros and cons? Thanks :)

My friend’s sister is 21 and pregnant with baby #2. Her first daughter will turn 2 a few months after the second daughter is born.

She asked if she was getting another baby shower and said she has already registered for baby #2.

My friend is upset because her sister registered for another swing, playpen and other items that she got with the first baby. The sister said she gave it all away even though they planned to have another baby and she also wants the new baby to have all new things like her sister did.

I know they don’t have a lot of money, but don’t you think this is unacceptable?

Showers for second babies close in age that include a registry for clothes, diapers and bottles are okay to me, but not like my friend’s sister is doing. I just feel you don’t have child and expect others to pay for things the baby needs especially when you should have all those items that are not even two years old yet.

Are baby showers for two children close in age okay?

I just turned 18 this month and like i said i always start my period around the 20-21st of every month well in feb. I started on the 9th lasted about 5 days then this month it's the 21st and i have not started. My mom and i are always on our period at the same time she's been off hers for like 5 days...i had unprotected sex this month on the 9th twice my upper back was aching last night and i was having pains in my lower abdomen...do you think that i am going to start my period soon?

This sounds very crazy that I know. Iam a mother of 3 kids already and this is the second time that I was told that Iam expecting the doctor told me that I was a month along and as long as things look good I should have no problem carrying to term. My questions is to anyone out there has anyone heard of carrying a baby to term without a uterus or know of any websites I could look at for more info. on this subject.

I know Yahoo users are not doctors, and I have an appointment Friday, but I just wanted a little moral support, I guess. We have been trying to get pregnant; I just got a series of shots and now am a week late. I even went and got a blood test last Friday, but it came out negative, so I had been waiting for my period, but it has never come. I know sometimes even blood tests can give false negatives. I have never ever missed a period since I started at age 11 1/2, so I am very excited but the negative result gives me doubt. But my hormones are kind of out of whack, which is why I had the shots, so I am thinking (and hoping!) I could still be pregnant. Any similar stories? Words of encouragement? Ideas for passing the long two days until my doctor's appointment? :)

I am 38 weeks pregnant, and VERY uncomfotable what would truley make me go into labor? I am 2cm dialated and 80% effaced, and my due date is april 1st. Please help i cant wait anymore, i'm so misserable.

Question Details: I am appreciative for the life growing inside me I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or mistakes they have learnt from as far as how a baby changes a marriage. we are newlyweds and we planned to start a family in about 2 years, but our baby girl is 3 months away! we have been married for only 6 months. is there any advice you can give me that will help us keep our marriage fresh and new at least for a year? I have a friend who is 33 weeks pregnant. She didn't find out she was pregnant until she was about 1 and a half months along and so she didn’t change her lifestyle until then. She smoked pot about 3 times during the month and a half she was unaware and she smoked cigarettes. She quit smoking anything as soon as she found out she was pregnant. Now we are wondering if what she did dung the first month and a half of pregnancy will effect the baby’s health in anyway.

Yes! I need a sample of a Medical record of an emergency Hospital I want to have an idea what it looks like. My ex and I just had a fight- very agressive, he hit me and pushed me and kick me. So the only way I made him stop was telling him I was pregnant. Due to that I left to be safe and I told him I was going to the hospital because I was having cramps and pains in my abdominal. Now I want to get a fake letter w/ my name etc...The story is to long to tell.

there is this kid at work that snaps on people and is a jerk to people for no reason. the last couple of days he has asked me questions (started a conversation with me) and then freaks out about something, like today our team at work is going out to lunch tomorrow and an email was sent to his team about it inviting them so he started complaining about how he didnt get a say in where we went and he asked me how that was fair and i was like well it was for us, we just invited you, you dont have to go if its that big of a deal. and then he started yelling at me about it, i asked him to stop and he was like no you guys are stupid and think that you run this place and all that. i told him that i was just fed up with him yelling at me for no reason and he shut up, but i still started crying, because i didnt do anything to deserve that attitude. everyone that sits around us was emailing me asking if i was ok and that he is a jerk. i am 24 we

I know this is bad!!! I am 37 weeks this week, and honestly, I am just miserable!!! I go to the doctor today at 4pm, and I want him to tell me he will induce me!!! Seriously...I have not slept in months, I have taken Ambien, a prescription benadryl, tylenol PM, everything possible. NOTHING HELPS ME TO SLEEP!!!

It is insane. I am going crazy. I am still working until next Friday (when I have spring break, I am a teacher)...and I am literally in tears from the time I get home to the time I try to go to sleep!!!

I cry to my husband for hours every night...I can barely move, let alone bend over, my belly is sooo big!!! I am having contractions, not regular, I use the bathroom twice an hour, and last week was 25% effaced and barely dilated, not even a cm. I dont know how much longer I can go on!!!

Help me!!! Please!!!

So, im 37 weeks pregnant. I have mad pressure in the pelvic area, It feels like she is just going to fall out. But when Im sitting i have serious pressure in my ribs. So I can't tell if she is either really long. Or has she not dropped. What do you think it could be?? Give me your guesses please!!

I would like to use a paint stripper and a little bit of sanding to refinish my stairs. I know they recommend not to if you are pregnant, but I figure if I wear one of those super duper masks (better than those white things that doctors wear) AND I keep all the doors and windows open AND I leave the area as soon as I apply the stripper (which takes about 2 minutes cuz I'm doing one stair at a time) that I will be fine. What do you think?

Also, is there lead based anything on the stairs that I am sanding? The house was built before 1978 but this isn't paint that I am sanding off. It's wood finish/lacquer. Anyone know?

I have BCBS and they will not allow me to add maternity insurance. They say you only have 30 days once married and I did not know that. I am not pregnant. But I want to get my options other than changing insurance companies. Please help if you know of anything! Thanks!

I just wanted to know if you would go to the emergency room if you where in pain. LIke i have back pain and the baby is still high and it is hard to breath sometimes.I'm not having contractions but i'm small and the baby feels so big and it is hard for me to walk it hurts. So whould you go to the emergency room if you where me.
