Actually, yes. Thirst CAN be a sign in early pregnancy as your body is increasing your blood volume and needs the extra fluids. BUT- that alone is not enough to say "pregnancy". If you are late for your period, take a test.

It can be because hormones cause you to urinate more during early pregnancy. Therefore, your body has to rehydrate more often. Also, your produces more blood when you are pregnant, so you require more fluids to help produce the additional blood flow.

no it is true that you drink more but it is not a sign of pregnancy it is a sign of dehydration
