Yes! I need a sample of a Medical record of an emergency Hospital I want to have an idea what it looks like. My ex and I just had a fight- very agressive, he hit me and pushed me and kick me. So the only way I made him stop was telling him I was pregnant. Due to that I left to be safe and I told him I was going to the hospital because I was having cramps and pains in my abdominal. Now I want to get a fake letter w/ my name etc...The story is to long to tell.
Someone please help!

Don't even bother. Hospitals don't give you your records to keep anyway. Ditch the guy and move on. If you're really pregnant there's no way you want your kid around this guy. Rather than a fake hospital record, why don't you just get a real restraining order?

go to the hospital and tell them about the beatings, they will help u. he could of killed you, i know its hard i have been there done that and got the t-shirt, but now im happy i done it for me and my children. xxxxx

You need to have him arrested, otherwise he is just going to beat you again and eventually, he will probably kill you.

u don't need to show him no dr. note. tell him u will show him a police report instead.
