Pregnancy - November 2006

My girlfriend is pregnant of 15 weeks and she is never close no more and always fighting is this normal?
Tonight we were having a great night and she started a little fight yet blamed me. Then she texted me when i was walking home that our relationship is boring. I ask her does this means she wants to break up and she says no.
Everynight i call up its the same she works hard and shes always tired and never wants a cuddle or anything. I even ask for a hug sometimes and she seems like she doesnt want one.
But with her saying are relationship is boring what all does this mean.

Does she want to break up or what?

I'm going on 4 months pregnant and the father of the baby wants nothing to do with the baby or me. He said that he would sign away his rights but i'm not sure if thats the best thing to do. I don't want any money i just want him to be there to help raise the child that we made together. My family and friends tell me just to have him sign off and cut my ties. I have met a wonderful man that has ofter to help raise the child with me but i'm worry that my baby will hate me for not having his or her real father in the picture. I don't know what to do.... please help.

me and my partner, had sex for the 1st time. it was so quick that i didnt even break that skin up there and it didnt hurt or nuttin. (i heard that the 1st time u bleed and it hurts cause u break through ur skin) he didnt even go up that high, but i havent gotten my period since august 3rd. i dont feel any different i just think my stomach grew a little but i havnt gained wait and my partner promised me that he wouldnt do anything to get me pregnant. i am very sports active and work out alot, and thats wat my mom said is the reason i havent gotten my period in so long. but im nervouse that i could be pregnant. i didnt use a condom but the sex was so quick i didnt think anything could happen. can someone help me cause i really cant be pregnant it would ruin me. im so young and i cant handle it cause ever since ive missed my period ive been beatin myself up and cuttin myself. so can some one help me know if im pregnant PLEASE!!! cause i reallly need to know.

I know that in the third trimester, you feel tired. But I am 33 weeks and am completely exhausted. It's actually getting to the point where it is affecting my life. (I am unable to clean my house in a day, and a lot of nights, I sit at home, not doing anything.) I get plenty of sleep and rest, and sometimes, I think all the resting makes it worse! Did anyone else go through this and if so, did you have any "tricks" to fight off the fatigue?

My husband and I are trying to conceive our 1st baby starting this month.

I went off the pill on Sunday, November 5th and then started my "period" (withdraw bleeding) on Thursday, November 9th (4 days ago)

Should I ovulate 14 days from when my period started? That would be November 23rd.

I was thinking of taking an ovulation test 10 days after my period (November 19th) and continue taking one every day until I can detect my ovulation.

Any advice from someone who tried to conceive right off the pill? I talked to my doctor and he said its okay for me to get pregnant right away. So now I need to figure this all out!

I am 4 months pregnant, having loss of hair while in shower and after hair is dry. Keeps falling by the bunch. Is there any vitamins I could take to help with the hair loss. This is my second pregnancy and it was way different than my first. With my first I didn't have any hair loss. Please Help.

My friend was raped a couple of months ago. It was very traumatic for her. A week and a half later she slept with her bf of one month and then they broke up. The day she slept with her bf she told me and said they did not use protection. Now that she found out she is pregnant (she is keeping the baby) She is telling everyone that it is from the rape. I doubted that at first, but she went to the dr for her first check-up and told me her due date. I entered that on several pregnancy websites and calculated the conception date to be the day she slept with the bf. My question is do I just keep my mouth shut when she tells people she is pregnant from the rape. I know it is not my place to tell anyone otherwise, but does anyone think the guy (the ex bf) has a right to know about the baby. I think her mom is pressuring her to say it is from the rape so that no man will be involved in the baby's life. Also I think she is milking this to get attention. Lying about the baby's dad wont help.

I am young and I am ashamed to say, I missed my period and I have several reasons why:stress, messed up hormones and the fact that I have once, recently had sex with my current boyfriend for my first time, and a few times since then. One of those times were unprotected. I took a pregnancy test after my period was two weeks late, and it came back negative. A few days later, I had sever pain, stabing pain and cramping in my stomach bringing tears to my eyes, and I also had alot of discharge and bright red blood. Could I have been pregnant even though the test was negative, and is that what you would consider a miscarriage. I would appreciate it if someone could give me input. Im not sure exactly what happened.

My breasts have felt tender on and off for acouple of weeks. HGC levels were fine as of a few days ago but now I'm worried because my breast tenderness is COMPLETELY gone. I know that loss of breast tenderness/soreness could be a sign of miscarriage (i had one 6 months ago). I really hope everything is okay. I’d appreciate hearing from mothers/mothers-to-be whose breast tenderness faded during the early stage of pregnancy (BEFORE 8 weeks). May I know how your pregnancy went / is going?

It is realllllllllly strange, first of all is this normal???? Probably not but has anyone else experienced this? Second, they hurt really bad and I wake up freaking out because I know my uterus is contracting and my lower back starts to have a dull ache. Could these orgasms POSSIBLY cause a miscarriage? I have about one of these dreams a day!!!

i am 17 years old and pregnant. my boyfriend will be 18 in april.
he says that were not ready to have a baby and that i should have an abortion. he says he really doesnt want me to have one he just doesnt want us to suffer and ruin our lifes. his older brother had a baby a year ago and him and his girlfriend were 17. they had alot of problems..money wise and he doesnt want us to struggle liek that...he thinks its our best interst to abort because were not ready to raise a baby. he doesnt want to give it up for adoption...the only thing is this will be my 2nd abortion and i had a miscarriage earlier this year....i dont want to have to go through the pain and sadness..i want my baby..but everyone says IM TOO YOUNG AND I HAVE THE REST OF MY LIFE..i dont want to hear that

My husband and I are going to try for our first baby this month. I am hoping we conceive the first month, but I know it can take a few months. I just went off the pill, so I am nervous it may take a long time!

Did you get pregnant the first month of trying? If so did you just go off the pill?

How long did it take you to conceive?

P.S. I am in my mid 20's, healthy and my doctor said I can start trying right after stopping the pill. :)

My friend, whos name will be kept secret for personal reasons, just told me today that she think that she might be pregnant. I was shocked! I couldn't believe it. She told me she was two weeks late and was really scared she was. Heres the problem my daughter has some mental and physical problems and we had her a assesment done to see what is wrong with her and we find out the results tommorrow. My husband and I want to have another baby, but I am worried that when I go the doctors tommorrow they are going to tell me that it is genetic. I am really concerned about this because I dont want to have another baby if it is genetic so I dont know what to do can someone please give me a little advice and some ideas on what to do. My husband's dad was born with the last name "smith" but his parents soon divorced and he changed his name when he turned 18 to "Johnson" because he was raised by a man with that last name. Grandpa "Smith" was out of the pic for a while, but not by choice. He is now back and active in our lives but our name remains "Johnson." Grandpa "Johnson" was abusive and currently out of the pic. My husband and I are pregnant w/ our first and would like to give the baby the "Smith" name, but ours is still "Johnson." Eventually we want to change it, but don't have enough time before baby comes. Can we name the baby "Smith" and have our name "Johnson"?
