Why would you want to find out? If you trust her, then you need to believe her. How did you hear that she may have had a baby?
Before you go behind her back and ruin your relationship, actually talk with her. Explain how you found out, and that you are worried that a relationship built on lies will crumble easily. You NEED to trust her though.

Not really, you could look for stretch marks, but that isn't always a good sign because some people that have gained and then lost alot of weight also have stretch marks. A Dr. is really the only one who could say for sure, but I'm assuming your trying to do this on the DL so getting her to go along with that plan isn't going to fly. I think that if she's denying it maybe you should just leave it be and accept that she'll tell you the truth if and when she's ready. If you love her you'll respect her decision, and maybe it's too painful to re-live. Just be in love and try to forget it.

A doctor could tell you, but why would you believe something you "heard" over what your fiancee is telling you? Doesn't sound like a solid relationship to me. You might want to rethink marrying this woman.

Stretch marks on her stomach and hips if she got any. Even then that could be from losing weight at one point in her life. You just cant know for sure.

Stretch marks, but not all people get them... saggier breast... um that's about it, and she might not have either of those, so it's hard to find out.
