My friend, whos name will be kept secret for personal reasons, just told me today that she think that she might be pregnant. I was shocked! I couldn't believe it. She told me she was two weeks late and was really scared she was. The only ppl she has told i think are me and her brother and i was wondering if there is any way u can tell on the spot if they are pregnant. And if she is pregnant i would like some tips to help her get through this. please reply its very urgent! PLEASE!!!!!!!

go to the drugstore and get a pregnancy test, results are within minutes
if she is pregnant go see a doctor right away to confirm it
being stressed also delays your period
if the pregnancy test comes back negative, i would wait a week to see if it was just the stress that delayed her period, then go see a doctor as maybe it could be something else

The only way to tell is to take a test and see if it is positve. I really don't know why this question keeps being asked by different people. It's just common sense, there is no outward sign of pregnancy, what do you really expect people to tell you? 'Look for a yellow dot on the forehead' or something? Judging by the amount of times this crops up, no one seems to be getting the message that unprotected sex gets you pregnant.

Tell her to get an over the counter home pregnancy test. She's late enough that it will work and they're effective and don't cost very much. If she is pregnant, encourage her to go to her parents regardless of how mad she thinks they might be. They can help her make decisions and get proper medical care. Good luck!

I got wicked sick randomly 2 weeks after conception and I could just tell. I just had the feeling. Go with her to get a pregnancy test. Take a few though because they may be wrong. If it is positive then offer to go to the doctors with her for bloodwork. Just be a good friend and be there for her. She needs support :)

okay this is what you NEED to do to help your friend. okay well call her right NOW and go to the Drugstore and get a Pregnancy Test. Go to your house (becuase her parents wont be there) and then she can take it. if it comes out postive then you need to console her, and do anything in ur reach to help her. GO NOW IF YOU REALLY WANNA HELP HER. im not trying to be pushy but im sure she really wants to know. maybe she can get an abortion-- if she wants to. if its positive, HORRAY! The test. Get to a drugstore and use it. You can by the preg test at any drugstore. She just pees on it and bingo she knows.

there really is no anwser to that question everyone has a diffrent (symptom)..
go to the doctor get some blood drawn and know for sure...

Get a test, you get get them as cheap as a $1.00 now, and when she pees on the stick, it will tell her. Sorry, no sympathy there....don't want a baby, don't have sex! It's pretty simple!
