It is possible to deliver a child at 7mth's. What do you mean without operation? When your having a baby, you do not need an operation unless there is a complications... in that case you would need an emergency c- section...

Speaking from personal experience I had my middle son at 5mth's 23 weeks and he survived. So at 7mth's you have a even better chance of your baby surviving...

Yes, I had mine natural at 7 1/2 months just fine. He was healthy and weighed plenty and we went home 2 days later.
