Pregnancy - September 2006

I done a home pregnancy test 4 wks ago, it came back positive. This would mean that I am in my 7th week. I have an appointment scheduled next week to confirm. However, yesterday, I experienced a gush of bright red blood three times throughout the day. I also had some abdominal cramping similar to period cramping last night. I did not pass any signs of tissue or blood clots.

Im 5 weeks pregnant and beginning to feel very emotional and tired, along with all other symptoms. I've been told i should not lift anything heavy or exert myself too much during this period and rest when i need to. However, Im sure my partner thinks Im im playing on this a bit and exagerating it. as a consequence i'm feeling guilty and still trying to do all the things I did before. He is a very loving partner in all other ways but how can I make him understand I need a bit more help?

I just had a bladder infection and was taking medicine for that when I took the test......and it came back negative .....BUT I have a back ache , been having nausea after eatting or waitng to eat, crying extra easy, breast are getting more tender by the day, cramps and gassy feeling, and my last period looked like old (brown - light red ) blood......OPPINIONS PLEASE!

could I be pregnant? I went off the pill about a month ago, but I use condoms every time and they have never broke on me. Anyways I am about 2 and a half weeks late. could this be a reaction to the pills? Ive taken 2 pregnancy tests and they both say that Im not pregnant.

My husband does not want more children. I am now pregnant, I took 2 tests, both positive. I am affraid to tell him, fearing that he is going to be upset. I know he is happy where we are, and with all the expenses we've aquired he'll be stressed.
How should I tell him.?
I was thinking just telling him my period is late and seeing where he stands, and after we purchase the test together, he'll be more comferted and not so angry if he knows I didn't keep this a secret.
I caculated my due date, it is on his birthday. Maybe I should teel him that way. I dont know.

Im 13 weeks pregnant with my first child... Im 26 years old and am absolutely terrified at the thought of giving birth.... i dont handle pain well (even period pain makes me vomit and cry).... Im losing sleep at night worrying about this. Is there any way to go through labour without feeling pain?... Id take any drugs offered!

I am almost 39 weeks.. I have been having severe contractions every night for the past 3 nights. Mostly after sex. They are painful and reqular for about 3 hours. Then they fade away and I can finally sleep.
I know I am not in labor and they are just false labor pains but how can I cope with them being so painful.
For those who have given birth already: How do you know they are for real if the fake ones hurt so bad?
I went to labor and delivery saturday evening in false labor I don't want to feel like an idiot and do it again..
Also, I have already tried taking a warm bath/shower, tried back rubs, tried tylenol.. doesn't work..

We decided to add spice to our relationship and try swinging which has proved to be fun.
Now my dilemma is my last day of my period was on the 30th of july and i think i ovulated on the 13th/14th now me and my bf had intercourse about 5times on the 13th to and all the time leading up to it. Then on the 14th we done our swinging and well the guy i was with the comdon split.. i know bad.. anyway me and the dp contuined to have intercourse on the 14th eve.
Now am worried that i might not know the father.

Okay, I know yesterday I asked about the mucus plug... I had lost some of it that morning & it was yellowish/brown. Well last night I felt horrible, had some cramping, felt like I had the flu, and then this morning I had MORE goop, but this time it started out with some dark brown in it then had definitel pinkish/red blood in it. Is this the same as the plug or is it my "show"??? And does this mean I will be laboring soon?

Since week 18 I have felt kicking, the past week it has been stronger than ever! Everytime I lie down I have been able to feel it, and my stomach will sometimes lift about an inch. The other day I went to see the pope, stayed up all night and walked for miles. Since I got back around four I havent felt a thing. Its already 1pm and I'm still not feeling a thing. Could it have been my own exhaustion thats causing this? I just don't understand how it could be so consitant and then stop all of the sudden. How much longer should I wait before going to the doctor?
