Go to the ER. Some spotting during pregnancy is not uncommon, but bleeding with cramping is not a good sign. A 7 week old fetus would only be about an inch long. At the hospital they can do what is called a vaginal ultrasound that would allow them to see the heart beat and determine if your pregnancy is still viable. At this stage, the fetus is still too small to hear with electronic doppler. If you do have a viable pregnancy, they will likely prescribe pelvic rest (no sex) and you mightget a few days off from work. If you have had or are having a spontaneous miscarriage, there is not much that can be done. Approximately 15-20% of pregnancies result in spontaneous miscarriage. Approximately 80% of those occur during the first trimester, and they are usually the result of defective development of the embryo or placental structures or maternal complications. Get to an ER.
Good Luck

Implantation bleeding happens within three to eight days of ovulation so it is certaintly not that, plus it wouldn't be a gush it would only be light spotting.
It sounds more complicated...it could've been a clot that just got loose but it *could* be more, try seeing if you can get an emergency appointment with your doctor...tell them you think you're having a miscarriage and get in right away!

You might want to just go to the doctors and tell him what is going on. Call and see if you can get an appointment sooner or at least so you can talk to him about what has happened! It may have been an mc! But you never know. You might have just been expelling blood left near the cervix for some reason. Possibly the mucus plug forming or something. Im not sure though!! Your best bet is call your doctor he or she would know best!!!

What ever it may have been you really shouldn't wait until next week to see your doctor. If you can't get in to see your doctor NOW then you better get to emergency NOW just to be on the safe side.
Whatever caused all that to happen surely couldn't have been good at all and waiting is asking for trouble so get yourself either to your doctor now or into emergency now and take care cause if you are still pregnant your baby may be in danger and if you are not pregnant you could be in danger.
Here's hoping you are still pregnant and both of you are OK.

I had a miscarriage, and then a toddler not lengthy after, then yet another miscarriage. thinking i develop into informed i might want to under no circumstances get pregnant, I considered that one a blessing. 2 years later i bypass pregnant again, and we rejoiced and theory shall we under no circumstances get pregnant again. Then #3 develop into born 18 months after #2...WOW! Then #4 develop into 15 months after #3, then 18 months later #5....we all started questioning it develop into some style of cosmic comic tale! #6 develop into born 2 years after #5, and variety seven (we call her seven of seven) develop into born 2 years after #6. My SIL also confronted countless miscarriages, 4 or 5 i imagine, she stopped telling us after a lengthy time period. She were given pregnant about ten years in the past regardless of the reality that, and then popped out 5 in ten years. So we are both really thrilled with our little advantages. i'm sorry on your loss, i do not recognize what else to allow you to recognize except to save your hopes up. I under no circumstances theory i might want to be so blessed, and that i save in concepts lately of dread, each and each month of praying. We were entire nuts in the time of our pregnancies, rather on the grounds that all of our miscarriages were after 12 weeks...some distance into the trimester of 'protection'.

Unfortunately, it is hard to tell if you had a miscarriage. Many women do bleed from time to time when they are pregnant. The cramping is more troublsome. When this happened to me the doctor had me go to the ER, so I would call the doctor and get his opinion.

you should probably go see your doc =(
You aren't doing yourself any good sitting and dwelling upon it... you may not have been pregnant to begin with, maybe the test was incorrect and you have just gotten your period? Home tests aren't always accurate
If it was a m/c..... you should see your doc....there isnt anything you can do now =)
Best of luck - chin up =)
