me n my partner are thinking having a baby in a few months and it really got me to thinking. i have my belly button pierced and am confused about wheter or not i should or shouldn't take it out during preganancy. i have heard from some it is better to take it out and some women i know leave it in. i don't really want to go through the piercing thing all over again. what would happen if i left it in? or is it better to take it out?

I am 5 months pregnant and need to go to the denist. I thought I heard one time about getting a tooth pulled you shouldnt go when pregnant(orsomething.I assume maybe the novacane or something I dont know).Can you go to the denist when pregnant?

For example, one day in my moms room i farted and it smelt so bad but i just knew something that smelt that bad didnt come from me. but it did and i cleared the room out!
Another, 1am i got up out of bed and went to the bathroom cause i felt like i had gas and i needed to burp. so i went to burp while over the sink and all my dinner i ate at 5pm came up. i was embarrased and in shock cause i really thought i had to just burp and my mom had to clean it cause i became overwhelmed and in shock.

now that i know i am pregnant i am so happy!! this baby is my first child,.. me and the babys father,.. we are so happy,...But we are scared to tell my parents,.. because me and my boyfriend live together and my parents said to us,.. it's fine that we live together just dont come home and tell us you guys are pregnant,... how should we tell my parents? and when should i tell them because i found out on monday i was for sure pregnant,.. i was going to tell them yesterday but my dad is in the hosptial,... so help please...

I started my period a couple weeks ago and i had unprotected sex and about 4 days ago i had unprotected sex again and he busted inside of me.. I know its way to soon to take a pregnancy test considering i dont start my next period until next month..! Can somebody please let me know if i should be developing some symptoms if so what?? please help me out! im 17 years old and I dont know what to do my boyfriend wants me to get pregnant...Just please help me i would appriciate it! I am 24 weeks pregnant and I went to the dr. earlier in the week and she wants me to have another ultrasound done because she thinks that I am measuring too big.. at 20 weeks when I had my first ultrasound done he was just right on target 12oz. Now she says that I am too big. I was just wondering if anyone has been through this and what the outcome was.. I am not really worried my first child was 8lbs 6oz. and I read somewhere that boys tend to be around 6-8 oz bigger.

-k- everybody, Sandi and Hank (sit next to me at work) and I are having a discussion. Is there a plug that falls out when a woman goes into labor? Both Sandi and Hank are each married and they say they've never heard of such a thing, but I'm not married (and I'm gay) and I have heard of a plug falling out. Is there even such a thing?

I am not overweight but having to wear maternity wear, it's embrassesing as I still have not had a scan. I phone the doctor and midwife and they say if you are sure of your last period it's ok and not to worry. I am watching my weight and walking 4 miles a day. I cannot get into ANY of my pre pregnancy clothes and im getting bigger by the day. I do not have water retention Has this happened to anyone before? It's really getting me down as everyone say you should not be showing I feel like a freak!

I am 27 weeks and 2 days and for the last 2 days I have been having cramps (maybe contractions). They are very irregular and come and go all day long. I just had one and it feels ike a pintching and then tightness. Are these cramps,braxton hicks, or contractions? What does this mean?

I just recently found out that I'm pregnant. My children are 14 and 16, are there any women who had another child after so many years and if so, was it hard starting over?? How was the experience???

I'm thinking since my daughters are older, I have more time to spend with the little one but someone told me the older I am the more tiring it is for you.

On the pill. Bleeding started on the day expected. Very heavy the first day (much heavier then usual), however, very little bleeding day 2 and 3 so far. The blood is a bright red, not the norm for me. Going for a blood test this afternoon. HPT taken this morning was negative. (I'm 16 days past Ov.) Just looking for a little insight before the blood work. Thanks!

My first trimester I was always hungry and if I didn't eat I would throw up. I had to eat ever 2 hours. Luckly it stopped by my 13th week. Now I am 5 1/2 months and its back again. This morning I ate at 3am, at 7:30am, 9:30 and now its 11am and I just ate vegetable soup and I am still hungry. It hurts if I don't eat when I am hungry. I tried drinking extra fluids, eating high fiber foods, lots of protein and nothing seems to be working.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or remember having this problem?

**I gained 9 pounds so far in my pregnancy...(for those who will make smart remarks)

I had alot of discharge and felt it come out this morning. But it was clearish white...NO blood and NO pink or brown. Is that part of the mucous plug or just normal discharge?
