Pregnancy - September 2006

I was sick in the beginning of my pregnancy w/ a bad cold. I got over it and haven't been sick since. Until now. I'm getting that scratchy feeling in my throat that I usually get right before I'm gonna get a cold. I could drink orange juice but that hasn't been my best friend during the pregnancy so I would just throw it up annyway. I'll be 36wks in 2 days (even though u/s is giving a due date of oct 1st..which is in like 2 wks).. so my question is ... will being sick affect my labor in anyway?

I think I might be pregnant at 4 weeks along. I have nausea, dizziness and tender breasts... However, recently I have been developing a sore throat and almost choking sensation (hard to breathe). The nausea is the worst and has been around a week. Could I be developing pregnancy symptoms this early or am I just sick?

Let me preface this by saying its easier to say this here than face to face of one of my friends. I think I may be pregnant but I dont know if I should tell my boyfriend until I am close enough to my next cycle to have a preg test done. I've been pregnant before [miscarriage] and am feeling the same way I did before that [miscarraige] happened, ie; tired, grumpy, hungry, frequent urination, stuffy nose etc etc.

I just dont want to get his hopes up and dont want him to think that by telling him prematurely that I'm trying to trap him [if that makes sense].

Okay here is my situation:

I have been trying to get pregnant for two months (I know that is nothing compared to how long it takes some people to get pregnant), the first month we didn’t really try that hard. (That was in July) Last month (August) we did it like rabbits, I have had all the symptoms of being pregnant. I’m 2 day’s late on my period, I took a first response test last night and it was negative.

My boobs are very sore they started getting sore last night. It may because I’m going to start my period. I typically always have cramps 3 days before my period, but so far nothing.

My question is how many of you took a test after you missed your period and it came back negative? Thanks so much for answering my questions!!!! :)

And yes I do have a boyfriend we have been together for almost 6 years :) and this is something we both want :)

Yeah ok like 2 weeks ago , me and my boyfriend went to this wild and crazy party. And I don't know what happened after that but like I woke up in some bed with a guy that wasn't my boyfriend... Then like yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it said i was pregnant... What should I do???

im kind of scared and i need some advice... ok like a month ago i let my boyfriend nutt in me and now sometimes my stomach will hurt or i have to go pee alot and im eatting so much and i get so grouchy with my boyfriend but like three or three in a half weeks ago i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but now its doing all this i need some help and advice please

Is cramping a pretty definate sign of pregnancy, I've been getting weird little cramps, I've been pretty tired, and mild headaches, and some nausea with foods I use to love like spaghetti. What is wrong with me? Do you think Im pregnant, We do have unprotected sex just about every night, do you think it's possible, Im expecting my period to come friday! But I hope it doesn't come! What are symptoms that I should expect, is it too early to feel symptoms like breast change, because my breast feel perfectly fine!

ok sooo im 15 years old and 19 weeks pregnant...with my 2nd baby..i dont know why everyone says adoption or abortion..i love my 18 month old son more then anything..im in a continuation skool and am ahead credits even though i have 2 kids..me and my boyfriend are making things work..

all im here to say is to every middle aged white women and white men that young mommas can do the dam thing..

yess im not white..im mexican and proud of it..no welfare or nada like that..

hi all

- my last period date 5th july
- brown spotting (lasted two days) 8th august
- urine test 14th august - negative
- hcg blood test 18th august - negative
- urine blood test (home and doc's office) 12th september - POSITIVE

so that the chronology of events :)

now, my problem is....a day after twas confirmed that i m pregnant, today i am getting some faint brown discharge.

my first appointment with an ob/gyn is on friday (day after tom) but i m kinda worried.
why do i get that brown discharge? what is it? is it safe? also getting one sided cramps, on-off.

I am 15 weeks pregnant my due date is march 3, 2007 that is the day we burried my grandma and it will be her 10 yrs annivarsy that she is gone. yah kinda weird my baby is due the same day she was burried. anyways i think she is around me because me and my son fell asleep about 8:30 something wakes me up i look at the clock its 9:15 then i look at the door and my son was going out it. we fell asleep together though, i think my grandma is around me, what u think?

I am 39 and at about 7 weeks pregnant. My breasts were extremely tender for about 3 weeks and now, not so much. There has been no discernable change in my breasts except for the tenderness and maybe a bit bigger than normal. My aerola's do not seem to be getting darker or bigger. Also, I have been nauseated but only gotten sick twice. Should I be concerned? This is my 2nd pregnancy-I miscarried my first and so the stress level is really high and I'm just so worried that I may lose this one as well.

if i am pregnant how far along would i be??? my last normal period was july 13th. i had a short and light period august 22. it was 9 days late and ended 2 days early. not normal for me. and i took a HPT on august 13th and 25th but they were negative. but i have alot of pregnancy symptoms. my next period should be due in a week. but i dont know if i was pregnant when i had that short period because the tests said negative. one was a dollar store brand and the other was EPT. Usually my period is pretty heavy and lasts for 6-7 days with really bad cramping. This month what seemed like my period came about a week early and was of medium flow with almost no cramping and lining present the first day, the 2&3 day was very little blood (only showed when wiped) im not sure on exact dates but the last last time I had sex was approx 11 days after my last period (condom broke). I am also not feeling quite like myself, have had an upset tummy off and on, dull pain in my lower back, breasts a little bit sensitive. I am not asking this question in place of taking a test or going to the doc, just curious on what you all think. Whatever the out come im ready to step up to the plate.
Ps. sorry bout all the details.

we found out on sept 4 that we are 6 weeks pregnant as of yesterday. this is my 3rd baby i already starting to show more on top under my breasts....im alittle overweight and of course i dont have that little smooth tummy anymore after 2 big kids...wanted to get some insight on what someone went through or is going through at 6 weeks..thanks

I recently went to go have my baby measured and I am due on November12th my doctor after reviewing the measuments said that if my baby continues to grow at the normal pace I would be looking at delivering a 10 1/2 to 11 pound baby. I was just wondering if this was normal and if lots of women have delivered babies as big as that. This is my first and I am kinda scared.
