Usually my period is pretty heavy and lasts for 6-7 days with really bad cramping. This month what seemed like my period came about a week early and was of medium flow with almost no cramping and lining present the first day, the 2&3 day was very little blood (only showed when wiped) im not sure on exact dates but the last last time I had sex was approx 11 days after my last period (condom broke). I am also not feeling quite like myself, have had an upset tummy off and on, dull pain in my lower back, breasts a little bit sensitive. I am not asking this question in place of taking a test or going to the doc, just curious on what you all think. Whatever the out come im ready to step up to the plate.
Ps. sorry bout all the details.

First of all I'm glad to hear that you are gonna take responsibility on your actions no matter what the outcome is. If you had sex 11 days after your period and the condom broke the chances are high that you are in fact pg. It was very close to your ovulation day and sperm can live up to a week inside you. On the other hand, the period you talk about sounds a lot like implantation bleeding, and it is very different form your normal period. The lower pain in your back, sensitive breasts are positive signs of pregnancy. I almost sure you are (not to scare you though) How long ago did this happened? If you already had implantation bleeding a pregnancy test could get you out of the woods. Let me know how it goes.....prettywoman24_99@yahoo.com

You could be but all the dull pains sound more like period cramps than anything I think you need to get checked out by your doc just in case you have an infection or something and whilst your there ask them to do a pregnancy test on you good luck xx

When I became pregnant I noticed that my breasts were really sore and when touched it tingled a bit, and peeing a lot often than usually is another sign that you are pregnant. Usually morning sickness doesnt happen that soon but every one is different. The day my period was due I knew that I was pregnant because my period didnt show up and a week after my morning sickness began. Your symptoms may be stress related as well. So the best thing is just have the pregnancy test, but it does sound like you are but just to be sure, right? Hope everything goes fine.

I would say there is a very good chance that you are pregnant. You can go to any store (wal-mart, rite aid, target, walgreens etc..;) and get a pregnancy test. You should get the name brand "first response" it comes in a pink box. You can test 4 days before your missed period. So Today is Wednesday, if you expect your period Sunday or SOONER then you can test right now. Good luck.

Its definitly possible that you're pregnant. You can get blood work from your doctor to find out before you're late for your period again, or if you dont want to do a pee test.

Its only a stupid asss question to ask when you act like its some bizzar impossible idea that sex might result in being pregnant, which you didnt do. Those are the questions that tend to tick people off.

Just pee on a stick, or insist on blood work. Then you'll know.

i used to be heavy and sore like you until after having children, i would say it sounds very much like you are pregnant but it sounds strange your period was early? it could also be a infection? symptoms of pregnancy vary but are normally that you may be off food, you may feel sick when you smell certain things, you may actually be sick & feeling very tired.i personally would take a home test, if you are not pregnant you really should see the doctor for a check up..well i hope you are happy with the outcome .

Well, you could be pregnant or maybe not. Your period does change as you age. My Doctor said that NO WOMAN every had her period while she was pregnant (I insisted I had) because the very act of the period would wash the pregnancy away. Also, many women have miscarriages when only pregnant a few days without knowing they are pregnant.

You need a test to be sure.

well it could be likely that you are pregnant given all the details ,though if you have been worried about any thing lately this could also be the result of not feeling your self. To be on the safe side you should get a test from the chemist or visit your G.P to confirm what you may be thinking.

Sounds like it to me. Some women have a light period for the first few months of their pregnancy. I think you can get an 'Equate' brand pregnancy test at Wal-mart for only $1. I'd take it and see!
