well with my baby I found out at 15 weeks and by that time I had 3 ultrasounds so its hard to tell it just depends on how the baby is laying. good luck!

doctors appointment or ultrasound? Doctors don't usually schedule ultrasounsd until 18-22 weeks unless you are having problems. but yes, my mother in law is a tech and she can tell as early as 14 weeks in some cases.

I found out at 16 weeks and the tech was correct, I had a little girl! I went to fetal photos though not sure if a doctors office will do it that soon.

You SHOULD be able to tell the doctor told me that I was having a boy and I was ONLY 13 weeks at that time and I am only 15 now so...Yet, the doctor MIGHT tell you to MAKE SURE he will check again at 17 weeks at least mine did! CONGRATS!

I'm not an expert on this but I have had 2 children. I don't really think they will be able to tell. I had my ultrasound when I was 19 weeks and they could tell but I was always told that you would have to be 20 weeks to tell. But hey ask them anyway!! Won't hurt to try. Good Luck!!

18 weeks or later is the best...I went at 16 weeks and they said it was a girl then found out at 24 weeks that it was a boy so...if they can see it, do another ultrasound later just to be certain!

15 weeks is too early. Generally, around 5 months but this also depends on the baby's position - whether his/her hand is blocking his/her private parts or not. Don't be too anxious - I'm sure you'll love the baby, boy or girl! Congrats!

i think at about 20-22 weeks because if they say you are having a girl now in that range (20-22) is when the baby little thing decsends
