Withdrawl? leads to an unwanted pregnancy.
a condom prevents, pregnancy and unwanted stds, aids , so forth.
I dont know about the sponge, but spermicides dont works either, I am now pregnant after spermicide and withdrawl method.

Effectiveness? Most likely in the high 90 percentage...but that may take the fun out of it. However, whatever works for you!! Good luck.

Keep your legs closed that is a better effective rate. You made your bed and deal with it.
