Ever since I got pregnant with my first child I've become very sensitive to any violence real or dramatized. I can't watch shows I use to enjoy, like the Shield, and I find myself skipping articles in the newpaper because I find almost any violence too disturbing. This has been going on for over a year now. Do other mom's have this same reaction?

How soon can I take a pregancy test after having unprotected sex? 1 week? 2? 3? Me and my husband are trying.....am I am getting impatient!??!?! please your help, advice, and suggestions are all greatly appreciated. Thankyou and have a wonderful holiday.

ids. And she wants my husband to divorce me, she can't have kids and since I have 4, she says that if my hubby doesn't divorce me she'll take our new child, Chandlee (I'm 7 months pregnant) away and adopt her...we've threatened to sue her for attempted kidnapping among other things but she won't stop! Our 6 year wedding anniversary is on Wednesday and she's coming over. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE F TO DO.!!!

well my baby died a week ago because my babysitter chocked her.i can't get pregnat until my next period, but i just can't keep holding back the tears.after the baby died me and my husband tried to have a baby but i couldn't.please make me fill better.because lately i've been having dreams about my baby daughter dieing.then i hear her voice from her empty crib.how can i say goodbye to her and move on and have another baby?

My girlfriend slept with someone else the week after she finished menstruating, claiming they used protection. I slept with her a week before she was to start menstruating again, and did not use protection. She claims the child is mine and she missed her period which told her she was pregnant and a test confirmed it.

My question is how soon should I get a paternity test and what is the likelihood of the other guy being the father vs me?

I am babysitting and there was a knock at the door. I didn't answer, of course. It kept knocking for about 3 minutes! I don't know what to do. They haven't seen me because there are no windows in the front of the house where the door is. I am keeping the child shushed. The guy at the door is saying 'open up, it's only me.' and 'i know youre in there'...I'm REALLY scared, what should I do? It is not anyone who lives here because the only person who lives here is one woman...and her child of course who I am babysitting. What should I do? I've tried to call her but no answer. HELP! My girlfriend and I have 6-month-old twin daughters who breast feed very frequently. At my family's Thanksgiving party, my girlfriend nursed both the girls basically in front of everyone all night. While it didn't seem like a problem then, my grandmother - who hosts the party every year - said it made my uncle uncomfortable and asked if my gf would go to a different room to nurse. I told my gf and she took offense, saying it is nothing to be ashamed of and would refuse to go to a different room. Now, she has told my mother she won't go to Christmas and my mother said she is being selfish and should respect others wishes. I can see both sides, but is someone right and someone wrong in this? There seems to be no good solution and it's put me in the middle of my family, my girlfriend, and my kids. It's ruining Christmas.

I gave birth to my second child about 6 months ago. Just like with my daughter three years ago i gained a ton of weight.. 52lbs with her and 58 with him. After both pregnancies i came home from the hospital much lighter and after a few weekend even out to 185. With my daughter i kept this weight for about 8 months before loosing any then dropped 55 pounds in 4 months....... samething with this pregnancy i'm stuck 185 and have been for six months..... i'm trying to stick out the year thinking my body with drop the weight like before. If it doesn't what is my best way to go i have never really had to ever diet, but i hardly eat anyway. My intake is about 1500-2000 calories a day. I work out occasionally, but after all i do run around 24/7 like a chicken with my head cut off. What are soem ways to help start getting rid of this weight NOW! Anyone else have this problem after having babies?

I have even had to change the sperm bank that I donate to several times because all sperm banks limit the number of children a specific donor can produce. I have been blessed with the physical and mental traits that are desirable. My educational background also helps I am sure. I say that not to brag butt to be a donor at any good sperm bank have to undergo rigorous tests, including physical exams, blood and urine analysis and regular blood draws -- as often as every two or three months. I have never had any issues with passing these. I have 3 children with my wife. The oldest just turned 5. Over the past year I have started to feel some guilt about not telling my wife. Should I tell her?

I'm 16 1/2 and my bf is 18 1/2. I'll be 17 when my babys born. Its my baby but can my mom be like oh you have to let your siblings see it,play with it, and touch it etc.... when i dont want them to do nothing to it but the parents of it.(me and my bf). I have a home daycare and am also 7 months pregnant. When the children I watch started coming, I told their parents that I would work up until about 2 weeks before delivery. Now I 'm just too exhausted to continue that long. I want to find a way to say I will only work until the middle of January (I'm due March 1st). I also will take at least 2 months off after I deliver. I want to let the parents know today, but do you think they will be angry that I "mislead" them, even though that wasn't my intention. I have a 4 1/2 yr. old as well, and I'm just too tired and getting to big to be able to handle this much longer. The kids I watch are 6 mths. and 3
