Andercyn and Cynclaire are boy names. Emercyn is as well, but it's becoming common with girls lately. Emercyn Violet is actually very pretty in my opinion.

Skip the weird spellings!! Sinclaire is the female version of Sinclair. Emerson and Anderson are boys' name.
Violet Sinclaire is a really nice name. If you're determined to get the "Cy" in there, there is an English spelling of Sydney as Cydney.
