i don't think it would be a problem, but when you say "nude in their bedroom", does that mean they come home from school, get naked, and stay in their rooms? Probably not, but you weren't really clear about that.
I would restrict the nudity to their sleeping time. But that's just me.

I don't see why you wouldn't let them...being nude is very natural. It shows they are secure within themselves to think of such a thing. Apparently they were even considerate enough to limit their nudity to the privacy of there bedroom. That shows a great deal of maturity. I see no problem with it.
