My boyfriend has a 5 year old daughter from his previous wife. She is a HUGE problem. She gets in between us and gets her way ALL THE TIME. Her opinions matter more than mine, she has more control than I do! Sorry if this seems selfish, but I don't think a 5 year old should run the house. She is whiny and clingy and won't leave me and her father alone to talk by ourselves. If him and I are sitting together on the couch, she squeezes right in between us and pushes me away. I know he loves his daughter and she was there first, but how much is too much??? It's a little sickening to see them together, the way they act. I feel really left out when she is around and feel like I don't matter. I don't know if this is a normal father/daughter relationship or what? Someone help. I can't talk to him about it because he always sides with his daughter. Advice please????

else's house. I always tell him to stop but why is it that everyone always says, "No, that's OK"? Then I feel if I say no again they are going to think I am being mean or I have to sit there the whole time watching to make sure he doesn't break anything. So, why do people always have to butt in and basically say let them do whatever they want? Even tho it's there house they should respect that you want your child to behave and keep their hands to themselves.

Sometimes a couple of families have me babysit their children in the playroom while they have a book club meeting or something downstairs. I like to watch the kids, but I hate it when they realize their parents are downstairs and then they start crying over it and want to go down. I don't want to yell at them or hold them back, because they know and they'll just cry louder. How do I stop them (it's usually always boys) from doing that? Why can't they just behave and play with the other little kids, and let their parents have a smooth meeting for a change? What to do? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Okay i have a 3 year old and a 2 year old i had them back to back...(though not on purpose) my daughter just turned 2 and my son just turned 3....I want at least 3 kids....I dont want a huge age gap between them.....I wont have a problem getting pregnant so I dont have to factor that in to the question LoL......moms/dads what are the ages of your kids.....i welcome all comments...Thank you

My husband and I have been unable to conceive for over 10 years. We finally saved enough for IVF, but as soon as we gave the deposit and were set to start in Oct., we were asked if we would be interested in adopting a baby from a 16 year old girl who was not ready to raise the baby on own. The father has consented also and they are the same nationality as us. Now we are posed with the question of not doing IVF, or at least postponing it, or to not do the adoption. Does anyone have experience with this or any advice???

First off, multiples run in my family. My grandmother was a twin, and my aunts are twins, and my sisters and I are triplets. I have two sets of twins. My other sister has triplets, but my final sister has two children, but no multiples. Shouldn't she have had twins or triplets also? If she were to have another child would she most likely have multiples?

I had my first many years ago, then two more 5 years later, they were 14 months apart, I relied on the pill, then 5 years ago I had another child, the Dr. said he had to remove one overy and a cyst from the other after her birth and that my uterus was upside down and could not have any more kids, last summer I gave birth to #5, at this time I had my tubes tied. Now the past few months I am feeling that all too familiar feeling again and really kind of frightened, is it possible to be pregnant? Also how dangerous is having so many c-sections?

A while back, I saw this article online about a girl who gave birth to a boy in the 40's, and the shocker was she was like 5 years old girl. This was documented, but what I would like to know iis what would cause this girls hormones to be realeased into her body causing puberty at such a young age?
