Which woman? Every woman is different and it depends on the length of her cycle and a number of variables. Strees and illness can alter the menstrual cycle and throw off even the most regular woman.

It takes several cycles to determine when a woman usually ovulates. There are methods and tests to help determine what the fertile days are, and any natural family planning website or organization can help you determine this for you and your partner. Many Catholic churches offer classes and booklets about this as well. This helps whether you are trying to conceive or trying to avoid it.

Pleas don't believe anyone who give you a simple "X" number of days into the cycle as being accurate. It just doesn't work that way. And a woman can ovulate at an unusual time occasionally and can sometimes be fertile on ANY day in her cycle, even during the menstrual period.

Every woman is unique and so is their fertile days. To predict your fertile days, the best way is by using ovulation predictor kit. Or you can also use a calendar by charting your basal temperature. The best site providing this sort of calendar is www.fertilityfriend.com. You can record all of your data by charting your basal temperature, your mucus discharge texture, as well as your daily feelings. I usually feels bloated and slight stomach cramps during ovulation. You can record all the details on the calendar provided by the site. It is really fun and free too. Good luck

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

if ur period is regular, count 14 days backward, that is ur fertile period. ur menstruation comes 14 days after ur fertile period. are you asking this as a form of contraception? if so, one week from the first day of ur period and one week before ur period is ur safe days, u can have unprotected sex. the second and third week is ur unsafe period. if ur cycle is 28-30 days, usually ur no no days is day 8 to day 22 ..... that's a no no!
if u want to know how long s ur cycle, record ur preiod for 6 months then u will approximately know how long ur cycle is.
