Do you wear corset after give birth? I know some women does.To get their body shape back after giving birth.
Is it safe? and how long do you have to wear the corset?

if u wear a corset the muscles underneath it do not get exercised back to their best possible shape. Better to do toning exercises, and if you need a girdle for certain items of clothing wait at least 8 weeks.

I didn't wear corset. I tried, but it's bothering me.

Imagine breastfeeding...

and you never really will use your ab muscles since your bending at the hips.

I suggest serous sit ups when you have the free time.
