I don't hate kids, but I don't love them. I think me and my bf would be happier with pets. Who agrees?

I would have loved to have kids, but that didn't happen for me. Now that I'm in my 40's, I know I don't have the patience or energy! So, I have 2 cats who are "my babies!" So, yes, I agree with you!

Well I would think of it this way- I would rather have 10 cats than 10 kids, because that's just way too many kids too handle and cats are easier to take care of, really. In other words if I had to have a lot of either pets or kids, I'd choose pets. But I want to have 2 kids when I'm older, and I LOVE animals, so I'll always have a kitty or a little pup for them to have and take care of. Maybe even a lot of pets. It's complicated.

You have a boyfriend... Yeah. Pets are better. Save the kids till you're married. I've been married a little over a year and I think we'd still rather have pets than kids at this point. Not nixing them out for later, but we're pretty happy with our dog and our cat.

I would rather have pets than kids. It isn't that I do not like kids I just don't think being a parent is for everyone. My husband and I have been married four years and are very happy with our dogs. People always give you grief if you don't want kids but there is nothing wrong with not having them.

Yes, I totally agree with this concept. I have two spoiled cats, access to three others at my parents' place, and couldn't imagine being without any of them. They're cute, goofy, spoiled, and require far less time, attention, and resources than children. Cats (or other pets for that matter) are a source of unconditional love. The same can't necessarily be said for children.

My 4 legged baby did no longer care concerning to the being pregnant however the hot toddler on the different hand mandatory his consistent interest. He might rush to her each time she plenty as sneezed. Now she is basically about 2 and if she cries he cries...it truly is super stressful too. he's extra protecting of her than he ever has been of me. He even shall we her eat from his dish if she like and gets out of her way so she would be in a position to do it...gross! I certainly have certainly had to place his dish someplace he can somewhat get to to end that behavoir. He sleeps in her mattress room maximum nights and performs together with her all day long. He has basically accidently "harm" her some circumstances and is immediatly sorry for doing it and cowers interior the corner. they are extra effective acquaintances then he grew to become into with us the 4 years till now she got here alongside.

i agree as a parent of a son i love deeply still so many outside influencesthere are more troubles for a parent you can be sued for everything they do. than there is all the girlfriend sorrows, all the not being picked for the sports team. the money all goes to them. even when grown he needs financial help.the animals need food shelter and vets on occassion, the children need nurture until they die it is very heartbreaking when you see them sad, whatever you can do you will do especially if you can love an animal i am sure you will worship your children. this is the whole problem

Hi. Nive question. I have several cats, a raven and a large black dog. We are very happy and I suspect you would be too. You are a kind person, but very independent. You do not make friends easily and you can have a stubborn streak. But you are also very intelligent, far more than most people realize, and your have a romantic side that really is wonderful and warm. I know these things because of who I am so trust me. Animals can tell you a lot!

I think this is okay. Some people just wouldn't make very good parents, and so they'd do better with dogs or cats. If you know you might possibly harm a child or neglect him or not be 100% dedicated to being a parent, I applaud you for realizing this before it's too late!

I've done both and personally I like the kids better. But truthfully I am not a kid lover, I am not drawn to kids and would rather not be around other people's children - but I love mine and we had so much fun together.
