I'm using the "pill" for more than five years, can it be the cause that I can't have children some day?

It's possible that it may take a while for your body to adjust to not being on the pill, however, it is unlikely that you would not be able to conceive after you stop using it. That's why you have to be so careful to take them everyday or you could become pregnant while on BC pills.

I took the pill for 3 years and after going off of it, I fell pregnant within 3 months, I think it depends on the person, that is why doctors give such long time frames as no two people are the same. It may take a while, but the pill does not make you sterile.

Maybe. The doctor said it may take up to a year to conceive after using the pill.

You need to do some research on long-term side effects, not only about future conception. You should already know this since you have been on it so long!
