To have sex after you give birth? My daughter is 3wks today, and I'm done bleeding. They say at least 4wks, some ppl I know say as soon as they're done bleeding they have. I had my tubes tied too.. should I give my insides a little extra to heal? I'm not sore anymore.

My son just turned one and has never slept through the night. He slept in his crib till he was about 4 months then I couldn't take all the waking up so I brought him to bed with me ( I breastfed so he nursed when he wanted) then around 10 monthes I thought that's enough now and put him back in his crib and read all these different things to get him to sleep I tried going in every 5 minutes that makes the crying worse I've tried just letting him cry he goes back to sleep in about 15 minutes but I hate letting him cry all the time I get up and nurse him for a few minutes and he goes back to sleep he gets up between 4 to 6 times a night the doctor told me not to let him cry ok hears the question how many of you think its ok to let him cry for 10 to 20 minutes and not go in and tell him its ok every 5 minutes?

My baby kinda came by suprise and its a couple days after she was born and we cant put the nursery together because WE HAVE NO FURNITURE!!! Not even a blanket for the baby. Just a couple of baby clothes.. but she keeps crying because shes cold!! My husband just went to the store to buy a blanket but it will take him 15, 20 or maybe even 30 minutes. Any idea of how to keep her warm??? And i didn't want to use a big blanket because i thought she might suffocate.

I'm not sure if this is normal. i haven't heard of another baby that cut his molars first. These are at the very back at the very end of his gums. and he is miserable. orajel and tylenol aren't helping at all. I don't know what to do

I'm worried that if they remove her baby teeth that she'll have problems eating and learning to speak until her adult teeth come in, can someone who's seen this help me?

I live in an apartment and my neighbor's baby cries all morning/afternoon... Is that normal??? I'm really starting to wonder if it's being neglected or something. Or am I just over reacting (I have no children)

I love the name Mads... but then I met this Dutch guy and he said it was pronounced "Mess"? But then I was watching an interview with Mads Mikkelsen and the interviewer pronounced his names as M-Adds. I like it better that way!
Any more different names?

The baby could feed for an hour but still needs to eat. Than she eats again like an hour later. She's 4 weeks and gaining weight but not overly. Is it possible b/c she is not eating enough and thus her milk is more like water and thus the baby is not satisied when drinking the milk?

i'm a little worried, considering they take the baby a little earlier already because of the diabetes and now they're telling me that a babys lungs form slower when the mother has gestational diabetes.
