How many people on here have got to use a regular formula?

My two month old started crying inconsolably the last two nights for about four hours at a time, even after being fed, changed, rocked, etc. She doesn't have a fever and seems to be feeling okay the rest of the day. We recently moved into my parents house and I'm wondering if she misses her dad and her home.

Just curious as to who lets young kids watch tv. And how many minutes/hours a day??

My now 10month old stopped sleeping thru the nite snce she turned 5 mts old
She was in our bed now in a mattress by me, she wakes up after an hour of going down then I pat her to sleep
Then she wakes up about 4 more times during the nite, she either is sitting up or is trying to stand.....
I put her on her stomach and then pat her down and then she will sleep
Sometimes she has some gas
I feed her well thru the day so she is not hungry
What can i do? I can't let her just lie and cry she will throw up
throws up everytime she cries

I was just wondering if anyone wanted to share the mistakes they made as a new parent.

For insatnce yesterday I changed my baby's bottles to a diffrent wide neck brand and she absolutely did not like the nipple.
She totally refused to drink and starved the entire day.
I just could not figure out why she wasnt drinking and was getting mad at her all day long and constantly cribbing that she is becoming fussy and bratty.Bcoz she was starving my poor baby could not sleep all day long.
Inspite of all this my darling did not cry or even whine for a minute.She just was playing all day long.Atlast at night when I tried to feed her with her old bottle she drank the entire bottle as she was famished all day long.I felt so terrible and guilty that I cried all night long.
Did anyone have any such experinces as a new parent.

the info from the wic office says 5days in the fridge and 4 hours fresh the hospital info says 3 days in the fridge and 12 hours fresh im confused

skin after i give her a bath! she's still little, i bathe her in an infant tub, by the time i'm done giving her a bath, the tub is full of sudsy water instead of clear water, so i feel like if i pour more of that water on her to "rinse" her, instead i'm making her more soapy... i haven't figure out a practical way to do this, if i put water in a bucket and keep it there for the final rinse, by the time i finish, this water is cold... HELP!

I know this sounds stupid but I went to the doctor last week for his check up and they told me I could start solids... At first I was excited... A new thing he'll be able to do!!! But then I started reading the info i got from them on solids, how to start them how much when to start new ones... I just got overwhelmed and very sad. I don't want him to eat something other then my milk... I'm actually jelous of that little box of cereal... Is this normal? did anyone else go through this?

Breast feeding your child. i mean why only the child why not your husband or a bf? i am not saying that theres no milk for us men out there, but wouldnt it be more passionate if u do breast feed your hubby? lol specially at bang bang time.

Do you know what I can do for my six week old when it comes to putting him in the car seat? From the second I put him in it until the time we arrive to our destination he's crying like someone is killing him. I feel so bad for him..
While I see other babies completley content in their car seats, mine despises it.
Help!

Based on what I have heard, the parents of a child can execute an asservation of Christian birth and not have a birth certificate issued and no social security number. I don't have any details beyond that. So if you could explain to me in detail how it works, what it is, and where I can find all info on this....please let me know...serious answers only please and I WILL award 10 points for best answer.

I have a friend who had her baby at 23rd week of pregnancy, The baby is doing real well. She weighed in at 1 lb 6 oz. She had her first surgery today due to intestines leaking fluid.However I would like to set up a benifit for the parents and her. Does anyone know how I would go about this. I am giving my son gripe water, i have been to the hospital with him and see the doctor and he said that it was ok to give him gripe water..he gets colic at every feed it is ok to give him gripe water at every feed??
