Based on what I have heard, the parents of a child can execute an asservation of Christian birth and not have a birth certificate issued and no social security number. I don't have any details beyond that. So if you could explain to me in detail how it works, what it is, and where I can find all info on this....please let me know...serious answers only please and I WILL award 10 points for best answer.

I don't personally know anything about this, but I searched for it in Yahoo search and this is the only thing I came up with. Maybe it will help?http://ecclesia.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=33&whichpage=2

I'm not finding anything about it. Seriously, though, I would really suggest getting a social security number and a birth certificate for the baby.

You need a SSN# for the baby to claim a deduction on your taxes. Baby will need one later in life to get a driver's license, job, and all sorts of other things. Same for a birth certificate.

@CCTCC
Contrary to popular belief, you can get a driver's license without an SSN. In that field you would put EXEMPT PER USC 7806 - which basically states that "the rest of the IRC is not law"

No, I have never heard of this and can't imagine it being possible.
