I have a friend who had her baby at 23rd week of pregnancy, The baby is doing real well. She weighed in at 1 lb 6 oz. She had her first surgery today due to intestines leaking fluid. However I would like to set up a benifit for the parents and her. Does anyone know how I would go about this. The have a website for the baby it is http://princess87.bravehost.com/Katyie/page1.htm. Feel free to go and check it out. And in the mean time I will look forward to hear any ideas. Thank you

You can contact local banks and have an account established in the familys name so people can donate, also maybe have a potluck dinner thrown by family and friends and charge a small admission from the public, all the money raised can go to the family. What a sweetie, I will keep her in my prayers. You can contact local stores and see if it is possible to have family/friends stand outside with containers that have Kaytie's pic on them and see if people would like to donate. Oh, and you could also have a bake sale with the proceeds going to the family.
