Is it a choice to stay at home?

I have stayed of work since my baby was born 9 months ago. I have loved it but starting to get a bit restless with it.

I hav heard that everytime before i feed i should have to express some milk out and then start feeding? is it necessary? wen can i start supplement foods to baby?

I read from magazines that it's baby pimples. I've ask her doctor bout it and he says it's alright. My mom thinks that it's due to the heat..

O.k., so at Christmas I flew American Airlines with my baby as a lap child and was able to bring a carseat, stoller, and diaper bag. This yr, getting ready to go on vacation agian, I find a good deal with Contenintal Airlines online. I call to see what their infant policy is. I find that a lap child is allowed a diaper bag and EITHER a carseat OR a stoller. To take both I have to pay an additional $80. Are you kidding me?!?!? What parent that has a child under 2 years old can go without one or the other? Heck, one is a law!! The other? Can you imagine going to a park or heck, going anywhere you would go on vacation where you don't need a stoller!! How can you ask a parent to give one of them up? They are both essential.
I want to know one of two things (or both if your ambitious). Your thoughts on the matter, and if you would try to do something about it. (If yes, what?)

I have a freezer full of milk and I need to donate it before it goes bad. I have searched the net and cannot find anything local. I am in Virginia. Has anybody donated breast milk before? How did it work? Do they come and get it or do I need to take it to them? The websites I did find said something about the doner having to pay a fee for blood tests. Thanks in advance.

How long and how many naps does your 10 month old take? I was just curious... my daughter only takes one nap a day now, for about two hours. I thought it was strange to only go down to one nap a day at such a young age... but maybe not? She goes to sleep at around 10:45 pm and gets up at around 9:30am.

i have a baby boy 7 months old and now he dont like to drinks his milk, but he like to eat and drink water. Last nyt he drink his milk at 8pm then i know he is hungry bcoz his a wake but he dont want to drink milk 7 am i give his milk but he dont like again 11hrs from the last, so i give him a mash potato w/ pork he eat after an hrs i try again give a milk but dont like. mommy what should i do? maybe bcoz his teething now? he have 2 teeth already

My son is 8 and a half months old and I'm not sure if he is getting enough to eat. He's always been a really lean kid, so it's hard to tell. He eats 4oz. of "jar food" three times a day with 6-8oz bottles right after. He hates eating cereal, so I just put a scoop in his bottles. He also has a few bottle as "snacks" or before nap time. Thanks everyone!

If you're American, for instance, would you choose "Yumiko" (Japanese) for a daughter or "Rajiv" (Indian) for a son? Or, at the very least, something European but non-English like "Giovanni" (Italian/boy) or "Tatiana" (Russian/girl)?

Doesn't it get boring after a while with all the English Christian names?

Me? I'm Chinese and I have a Polish name in addition to my Chinese one (yes, the Polish name IS on my birth certificate, passport, etc). It tickled my father's fancy, and I like it too!

My son has decided to wean himself at 8 months, but I still want to give him breastmilk. I looked on Ebay to buy one, but they are so expensive and even more so in the stores! Plus, I only need it for 4 more months. Anyone ever rented one? Thanks!
