My baby daughter sometimes got it on her face as well. It's due to many reasons. Remember to wipe your baby's face once awhile to make her face clean...it's also due to heat...Not too worry about that...

I have also heard it is from heat. My son got them allot and I noticed when I fed him a bottle and he dribbled it on his chin he would get the if I did not wipe his face with a damp worm rag. Especially if you hold a burp cloth there to catch the excess milk the rag get wet and causes a little pimple read rash. Also I hear a pacifier can cause it around there mouth if it is really hot.

As long as she's otherwise fine, nothing to worry about. It comes down to babies have immature systems and their pores get clogged easy. Generally it will go away after some time, not causing any problems. It's more an aesthetic issue than anything else.

It depends. Honestly I would take her to the doctor because my daughter had a rash too and when I called they gave me phone advice, saying that it was baby acne, which turned out to be wrong. I mean alot of babys get baby acne and all you have to do is keep it clean and dry and it should eventually go away. But my daughter had another rash and they gave me steroid cream called desonide and its working great. So I would for sure have your baby seen.

My baby had them as well for the first few weeks and he was boen in October. The Health Visitor said it was prefectly normal and something to do with his skin adjusting to the enviroment.
She did sy to keep an eye on them and if they got a sort of white head then go back and get them seen again.

Yeah, they usually go away in a day or so. Could be from different things, my child got them a couple times around the area where her pacifier was when it was in her mouth. Could be from heat, from being wet, or just because.

Its not the heat. Listen to the doc he sees alot more babies than your mom ever has. My kid was born in march and had those as well.
