Situps and crunches work the best or if you have asn ab lounge that would work to it will tighten the skin back up.

depending on how much weight you gained and like Kristina said..if your skin has last it's elasticy it's going to be tough. I did hear that it takes like 8yrs for your body to go back to almost like it was before you were pregnant!! my dr told me that i would have to have a tummy tuck to get rid of the excess skin that i have...i've had 4 kids and i am not all that big-just extra skin....it's gross and definitely makes you have less self esteem.
try doing crunches to start w/ and practice holding your tummy in when you're walking around...it will help but won't get rid of it.

When you find the answer to that besides surgery let me know. I had two kids eighteen years ago and I exercise regularly, and I still have the tummy skin sag thing going on.

Just with surgery. If your skin has lost its elasticity, that's really your only option.
