My husband and I are at a lost finding a suitable middle name for our little girl we will be having soon. We know the first name just no middle name. We have thought to put her two great grandma's middle names but I worry that she would be made fun of. His parents don't think she would be made fun of, but I know she will, because of the middle names rhyme. And I am afraid that i will be out voted in changing the middle names to something a little different. I want her to have something that would make her be her own person. I have tried looking middle names up but came up with nothing. So I am asking for help, Her first name is Jayden and last name is Van Hoose. So if any one can help me find a middle name i would be most grateful. Thank you

I am due with my first child, a beautiful baby girl mid month and have finally settled on a name that my family and I adore. It is pronounced Lie-arn (Arn as in Arnold, for example). However, I am into unique and unusual spellings, and therefore am looking for ideas which will flow with the middle name Rose and the surname Parker. If possible, I would like a spelling that looks Asian inspired in tribute to her father, who passed away during my pregnancy. Suggestions are appreciated and the best answer will go not only to the person who can come up with the most beautiful spelling, but who can make me love that spelling. P.S. It musn't be a spelling that my daughter is going to have to spend her life spelling out - I'd hate for her to turn around in years to come and dislike me for giving her such a unique name.

I'm trying to conceive baby #3, and was having trouble due to not having periods. My doctor put me on Provera so I could start a cycle. 7 days after my last pill, my period started. Yay! I was just wondering if anyone new of any success stories from women who took Provera to regulate their cycles so they could conceive and actually did. Anyone??? Please share!

so, i'm really stressed out because, I have two exams tomorrow for medical terminology, and I just found out that I may be pregnant, now, I have no idea where to go from here. I haven't had my period since the middle of october, and I'm having slight cramps in my groin area. I've been tired alot, and peeing alot but I don't relate any of that to possibly being pregnant. I think I took an ovulation test instead of a preg. test.. I don't have the package to it, but there were two lines, for both of the test that I took. Everyone i've talked to believes that it was a pregnancy test. I have a doc. apt. on friday to figure out what is going on, but I just can't wait until friday. I wanna know if i'm pregnant or not, so I can stop being stressed!!! I need answers.

Thanks.

my kids go to day care. my youngest all day and my two oldest as after schoolers. They are suppose to recieve an afternoon snack. But i have seen the director issue out a snack but i would not consider it a snack. for example i seen her have a package of chesse and peanut butter crakers passing out one to each child. i asked my kids about it and they say they only got one craker a piece. and then some days they say they did not recieve a snack at all. does anyone now of where i can look up any info about this regulation or does anyone know about this.

I have had one before and took antibiotics. I think I still have it or I have another one coming on. I saw a doctor about it yesterday, but he didn't seem like he knew much about what he was talking about. If I need medication, I'll take it. I was just wondering if anyone cleared mastitis w/o medication and how...???

And if im not, why am i feeling this way?? ive been getting random cravings that can go from cravings to makin me wanna puke and just random spells of nausea and running to the br thinkin im gonna puke. Also if i am preg, and i used a condom with both guys, which is more likely the dad???

The strangest ghost I had ever saw was when I was nine years old. I was walking into my room when suddenly I saw a baby for about exactly one second. It was straight in front of me not in the corner of my eye. It was about 5 steps away. However, what I saw wasn’t a cute baby; it was a baby that was…
8 months old in the womb! I didn’t see through the mother’s stomach there was just lungs and liver on my bed. It wasn’t dead it looked like it was breathing properly and it had it’s eyes shut. After that experience, I’d never had another ghost encounter again…so far. I think that baby’s mother had an abortion or something *shiver*…

All I know is what I've read from advertisements, so really I just want to get some opinions from actual people. Do you think it's important to keep the cord blood?
They are saying it's the 'medicine of the future'. When I first read it I thought they wanted me to donate the cord blood, either for research or so that any baby who needs it can use it. I was a little disappointed when I realized they just wanted to charge me to hold it. Are there organizations that I can donate to?

I know you shouldn't read tests after a certain time, but I've never had one be negative then turn positive later (and it is still positive). It doesn't look like evaporation lines, its the same color as the control line, just a little lighter. It happened 2 nights in a row. Then I started bleeding, different from a period and 6 days late. Not sure if its a chemical pregnancy or what. I'm still having pregnancy symptoms, but I know your body can play tricks on you. I have an appointment for next week to get blood tested, I just wondered what you thought.

I haven't missed any periods, but I have felt nauseous for the past 2 months evey morning. Lately I have also felt, what seem to be little kicks. They feel the same as when I was pregnant with my son. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant, and am wondering if it is possible to be pregnant and have my period.

I'm amazed at some of these names I'm seeing in here. Doesn't anyone know that Bailey meant the outer wall of a castle or alternatively, its KITCHEN area?

Does anyone know that COY means quiet and shy? And that Coy lends itself to be mocked with coydog?

Why do people make up their kids' names? If people want something unique, remember that your KID WILL GROW UP TO BE AN INDIVIDUAL. Giving him/her an abnormal name will lead to a lifetime (a lifetime, people, 80 years!) of frustration (with trying to explain how to say their name because it defies established rules of pronunciation, for example) and possibly embarassment. (Venerea or Corona, anyone?)

Out of curiosity, what level of education does a person have who names their child after a beer?

Please tell me I'm not alone and that someone understands what I'm trying to say.

My kids say such funny things and my nieces and nephew are funny, too.

I have to say the two recent ones that took the cake were:
I was explaining to my 11 year old where babies come from and how they are made. I used all the correct terminology, etc. My 6 year old was listening in and as I was explaining intercourse, I said, "That's called 'sex.'" My 6 year old looked ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED and says to me in this horrified voice, "Mommy!? You SEXED Daddy??" Lol.

My mom was telling my 11 year old nephew that he needs to pick up after himself because he's not a little kid anymore, he's a man. So he says, totally seriously, "Yes, but I'm really in touch with my inner child and that inner child is only 11." Lol.

What are some things your kids say?
