I am writing to you so that you can help me save my child Coty's life by just taking one quick moment to sign your name to Coty's online petition.

My son Coty was abducted in 1994. This is a parent's worse nightmare. When the abduction occured I went to the Newnan GA police department to file a missing person's report. The Detective said to me "since there is no custody order who ever has physical custody is in the driver's seat there is no abduction to report" and refused to take my missing person's report. The police department broke the law by not taking my missing person's report as you will see when you view the petition. Since that time the Newnan Georgia police department still refuses to take my missing person's report for Coty. They claim that the statute of limitations has expired and they can not now take the report although they have admitted to myself and my family that they did make a mistake by not taking the report. There is no statute of limitations for kidnapping. The petition is to Governor Purdue to aid him in urging the Newnan GA police department to take my missing persons report. Let's pray that Coty is safe and well. Let us also pray that Governor Purdue will hear myself and the people's cry for justice, that he will not let Georgia be known as a state that allows kidnapping. My son has been missing for 13 years. I have never given up searching for my son and doing everything within my power to find him. I love and miss Coty so very much. I have now been fortunate enough to partner with the Child Seek Network. They have answered my plea for help with kindness and hope. Please answer this Mothers plea for help. what is you're view on your teens to watch horror movies or violence on TV? As a teen point of view, If you're in highschool, you are hearing f bombs 50x more then in any film, or sex, everyone in highschool is exposed to this, they know about everything already, and whats fake and real.

My mother, does not have any interest in my taste of movies, she can't handle almost anything I view. I might bring Pulp fiction Dvd to a friends house, my mother might see it and say "make sure you bring the that film back, I don't want to loose that". She knows I am mature enough for any movie, and she knows I have seen 500x worse then her.

I went to see hostel 2 on the opening nights with my friends, I came back home and she asked me what we saw. We told her hostel 2, she said ew how can you stomache that? We laughed.

So all you parents of teens, if you're overprotective on what movies your teens see, you need to realize how different it is in highschool to

i have been having contractions now for 2 hours and for the past 10 minutes it has been constant pain in my back and lower abdomen and then it gets worse with the contractions....i want to go to labor and delivery so bad but im afraid they will turn me away since they are 8-10 minutes apart and not 3-5...should i just go ahead and go or wait it out :(

I am 15 and 5'1 i have been this height since nearly 2 years now. I know that the avergge growing person grows 2 inches a year. Well since i was about ten i kept a growing chart and i have only grown 2 inches each year for the past 5 years. I have started my period and everything, but i don't know when will get my grow spurt. My mom says i'm about done growing, but i'm not really sure? what do you think?

My son is 2 months old and is absolutely perfect. He never cries (unless he's hungry or wet) .. he just hangs out and is very pleasant. He doesn't sleep much throughout the day (always afraid he's going to miss out on something! :)
but yet he sleeps really good throughout the night!
He's content doing his own thing but also loves to cuddle! He isn't demanding whatsoever.
Is he always going to be this happy, content, and mellow? or will he get more fussy as he gets older?
My brother in law's son (who is turning 1 this weekend) is very hyper (has been since he was 2 day old!) he gets bored easily and requires constant attention.
Do all babies go through that? or is it just a personality trait?
I haven't been around many babies .. so I'm not sure what to expect when my son gets older.
My son just has such a wonderful personality .. will it last throughout his toddler years?

Just had my baby girl 10 days ago and the father has decided to not be involved, and I am currently back living with my parents. I feel like a burden on my aging parents and want to move out, but I feel stuck because childcare costs would virtually exceed the amount of income I could bring in. Also, I lack trust in anyone and as such don't want to put my daughter into daycare unless i have to. My parents do NOT want to babysit unless it's an emergency, and I have no other family or friends who could help. I am also currently a full-time college student (will graduate in august 08).

How can I, or how did/do you get by financially? Please don't tell me it's my fault for getting pregnant, there's nothing I can do about it now. Also, how do you make it and still have more more than a couple minutes a day to spend with your kid - I would feel horribly guilty to have a daycare person know my child more than I do. Please any specific advice would be appreciated.

Hi. I just took my first set of clomid on cycle days 6 - 10. My regular cycles were usually 28 to 29 days. This month, not sure if because of the clomid, or because maybe i could be pregnant, no signs of a period until yesterday, cycle day 33. All I have gotten is very slight spotting and it seems to have gone away. Home pregnancy tests show negative results. I've read that spotting can be an early sign of pregnancy. So my question is: Can I be pregnant but Clomid is causing a false negative home pregnancy test? Thanks.

I don't think bitter was the right word, but you get what I mean. I've just been reading a lot of posts from some adoptees on here and they say some pretty far out (to me) things about adoption. Is this an expectation now that adoptees should feel like something is missing in their lives, or be angry?
I'm just asking because I'm an adoptee, and to me it's just the way things are. I've never even thought of myself as an 'adoptee' really, it's just who I am.

My 3 yr old son started to hit himself in the head and pretty much everywhere else on his body about 3 months ago. Around the same time his daddy left out for deployment. His daddy is back now but he still does it. He only hits himself when he gets mad (like when he doesn't get his way). He'll also throw himself down and bang his head on something and go ouch and start to cry. I am ignoring the behavior but he still does it.

please give me some hope. i mean, my son is not really a bad kid. but i am frustrated with the limit testing and the not listening and the taking out his displeasure on his sister, etc. he will be 3 in november. also he started his terrible 2's a few months late. does that mean that it will take him a few extra months to get over the terrible 2's? i am consistent with discipline and even use a reward system as well and some days it seems like it is futile. what should i expect as far as behavior into the next year? please give me something positive to look forward to.

I got the Mirena inserted 4 days ago. I had a pregnancy test at the doctors before she insterted it which came up negative. But prior to that I hadnt had my period for 3 1/2 weeks.I only had spotting on the day it was inserted and now no bleeding?I feel pregnant, and told the Dr that but she said it would be fine that I wont be because I am breastfeeding (i have a 4 month old) But I have been getting periods and ovulating since I had my daughter. Before I had my daughter and since I had her I have had terible periods, Long, heavy and sore, hence why I choose the Mirena as contraceptive.
Does anyone know what will/can happen to my baby if I am pregnant with the Mirena? A baby wouldnt really be good right now, but I wouldnt want to know that I hurt him/her by getting the Mirena. I dont want to go to the Dr.s just yet, I dont want to look like a drama queen and like Im over reacting! hehe
Also, does your milk supply dry up if you fall pregnant again??
