The spelling is horrendous and unnecessary. I like the names Sophie and Sophia.

I like the name (I am assuming it's pronounced "Sophia"?). However, after working with so many elementary kids whose parents got "creative" with their "normal" name's spelling, I think the spelling of "Saophea" is unnecessarily brutal.

It's a pretty spelling, but it's hard to know how to pronounce it. For that reason, I'd say it's probably a pretty name, but the spelling would cause problems.

A great name in a book or a story. Not so much in real life.

Um, that would literally be said "sow-fay-a" -- or basically a phonetic spelling of "ugly saint" in Spanish or Portuguese. ROFL
It looks like you were perhaps trying to spell Sophia, and if that's the case, you've failed miserably. It's S-o-p-h-i-a (or Sofia, if that's more common in your particular culture).
If it's a less-common, but similar name you were aiming for, you might consider Sapphira (sa-FIE-ra) or Saphira (sa-FEER-a). ;)

Um, maybe if you spelled it like Sophia or Sofia.
It's a pretty name though.

I don't like it because I have no idea how to pronounce it and that would be so difficult on a child. Nobody would ever pronouce their name correctly.

I like it. It is not a name that you see every where.
