Pregnancy & Parenting - 26 June 2007

We have been struggling over our sons name for months now, I'm due in a few weeks and need help... My husband doesn't seem to like any of the conventional names I do or any of them at all for that matter! We we're thinking of the name Warrich (war-rick) William? Anyone have any other ideas for a first name? The middle has to be William!! We arent interested in anything on the top 100 name list! :D Thanks for your input :D

I know baby bottles at night can rot their teeth but I never have heard of any one talk about cups rotting the teeth. He goes to sleep on his own and does not walk around with a sippy cup in his mouth. I have tried giving him water when he wakes up but he wants that milk. Do I have any reason to worry? Thanks

My husband and I are trying to have another baby ( our 3rd ) I was wondering if anyone knows any unique baby names that would follow our CCC system. Ok, so here's the deal.
After removal of my IUD 1 week later I got my first period.

I was due for my second period on June 7th (almost 3 weeks ago) and I have had no sign of it.

We have had unprotected sex, but a blood test came back 3 weeks ago negative for pregnancy.

Does the IUD normally cause your menstral cycle to be irregular?

Has this happened to you?

I am really nervous that there is something wrong. Please respond. Serious answers only, please.

I am scheduled to see my ob-gyn in 2 weeks for my annual.

I am scared. Ever since after my period me and my boyfriend have been haveing sex unprotected. He used the pull out method each time. But i thgink he pre came inside me. Ive heard that women get pregnant from pre come. im just scared. Lately ive been feeling really tired. when i touch my brest they hurt. I feel like i have cramps even thogh my period has not come a whitish material is coming out of my you know what. it just weird. He refuses almost everything, for the past 6 months. He will only eat a few things, junk like pizza, mac & cheese, hot dogs. I don't like to give him these foods, so he just starves and screams and begs to be nursed, so I nurse him because it's the only thing he'll take besides crap food. Help!

I got an email saying that some one got a surgical abortion, im guessing vacuum aspiration or something like that, and they were still pregnant afterwards, they didn't get the baby out I guess...

hello I am a first timer here. I have 2 beautiful boys trying for one more. I am 11 or 12 dpo and am testing bfn. I have sore nipples only not breasts. they kinda feel like a sunburn. I did have cramps starting a few 3dpo. i now have a metallic taste in my mouth and excess saliva. Do you think I should discount being preggers this month? i used an ept today and dollar store tests yesterday. i am due for a period between Wed and friday ( i used to be a wed starter but this month started on Friday june 1st) so i am confused as to what day i should count as a missed period. I guess i should wait until after friday? What do you all think?

I read an online article about how an 8 year old's wetting fustrated her mother so much in that she bought and changed her into older child size terry towelling nappies and plastic pants at night and sometimes day.
Despite her daughter feeling embarassed/shameful and loss of self-esteem by her very babyish underwear and pins, do you think this is a 'cruel' punishment ? Her mother refused her disposables. I think it's terrible to make an 8 yr old wear these.

My personal opinion is from 35 and beyond. What do you guys think? I read an article about a NJ 6o year old woman who just gave birth to twins & thought it was ridiculous!! imangine- she's gonna be 80 when her kids are off to college how funky is that?? I'm 24 and on my second child and i think that's it for me. What do you older women think of this?? if ur over 30 would you consider having more children?? why?
