You're actually almost a month pregnant but the doctor's will say you are 6 weeks since they calculate from the date of your last menstrual period (LMP). Just go with the 6 week calculation and things will be much less confusing. Congrats!

6 weeks, it's counted from your LMP. You are 2 weeks when you conceive.
