I got an email saying that some one got a surgical abortion, im guessing vacuum aspiration or something like that, and they were still pregnant afterwards, they didn't get the baby out I guess...
Is that really possible, cuz it sounds crazy.. i dunno..

I had a friend who was born on an unsucessful abortion ( not surgical, but on abortion meds) Her IQs are good, but physcally she's very messed up. She needed a few open heart surgeries, her faces was very hard to look at.

Sadly, I have heard of similar situations where they thought the baby was sucked out when in reality only an arm or a leg was sucked out. Then later, mom realizes she is still pregnant and it is too late for an abortion and then the baby is born without an arm or leg. I saw it on TV once. A mom was there with her little girl who was missing an arm. The mom talked about the horrible guilt she felt each and everytime she looked at her daughter. Another woman on that same show thought she had an abortion. But she was pregnant with twins, only one was aborted, and now she has one little boy that she must one day explain to how he was supposed to be a twin but she killed the brother instead.

i think you have recently had an abortion and are worried that u are still pregnant
its not a completely bad thing if its only for the right reason
i had an abortion last year due to i didnt know i was pregnant and i got put in hospital for an operation under all different drugs that would have cause birth defects,,
when i had the abortion done, i bled straight after for about a week, they do check ups to see if everything went okay and to make sure that your not pregnant still but yes this happens, you can have an abortion and it doesnt work probably i think its 1 out of 1000... just depends on your luck i guess and if the baby is really meant.

It's very rare, but I have heard of it happening. A girl was actually born paralized after an unsuccesful abortion. Her mom said when she found out she was still pregnant she couldn't bear to do it again and so she had and kept the girl who is in a wheelchair.

If they had an abortion and was still showing up pregnant, I would worry about infection inside, if they left anything behind. That could be fatal! They would know if there is an infection by severe pain inside the abdomen.

I guess, I read a story once in a magazine about a girl whose abortion failed, so she had her baby, and sued the hospital for letting her have a failed abortion. So not only did she have the child, she got a LOAD of money for her too...

The person was probably preggo with twins and got one but not the other because they didnt know they were preg. with twins so they thought they aborted the baby which ended up being twins.

i read about awoman who had chemical abortion to kill her baby, she passed that baby but went into labor shortly after with a older fetus, she was preg with 2 she didnt know about 2 only 1.

afterwards they check the contents that they suctioned out to make sure they have an entire embyro and placenta so I can't imagine that happening
