Ok, so here's the deal.
After removal of my IUD 1 week later I got my first period.

I was due for my second period on June 7th (almost 3 weeks ago) and I have had no sign of it.

We have had unprotected sex, but a blood test came back 3 weeks ago negative for pregnancy.

Does the IUD normally cause your menstral cycle to be irregular?

Has this happened to you?

I am really nervous that there is something wrong. Please respond. Serious answers only, please.

I am scheduled to see my ob-gyn in 2 weeks for my annual.

I lost my IUD around last tuesday. by wednesday I was severely cramping and bleeding extremely heavy with huge clots. Today it stopped all of a sudden. I can't say in the long run if it will continue to mess up your periods but from what you said and what I just told you, it really does mess with your system. I'd make sure to address every concern you have with your ob-gyn and don't let them blow you off. Some doctors will do anything to do the least amount and when it comes to your health, fight for what you want to know and what you want done. My doctor is one who just scoots by and I'm too scared to speak up. Don't be like me.

1] IUDs and irregular cycle - no.
2] happened to me - no.
Either do another pregnancy test, or wait til you see your doc in 2 weeks.
Some tests are more accurate than others, and are usually recommended to be used after you miss a period.
Good luck!
