There is pre-ejaculate that comes out before the actual ejaculation and it contains sperm so it's not an effective method. Take a test if you are having symptoms and use protection next time.

The few symptoms you've described sound like there is a possibility. The easiest thing to do is take a home pregnancy test, depending on how long it has been (not as reliable as a blood test though). That whitish material is normal if it is like mucus or slimy stuff -- whether you are pregnant or not. Something to know is that when you have that, it usually means you are at the best time for getting pregnant (some people use this as an indication called the rhythm method, but it's not an effective method -- like 50-50 chances ). "Pulling out" is also not effective.
I can tell you the only 100% effective method is abstinence -- but I know that probably isn't going to happen. (sorry, I'm a mom, I had to say that, I was obligated to LOL)

If you are going to have sex, the very LEAST you could do is use protection -- a condom, or condom with the messy stuff, I don't know how old you are but something more effective is the pill, but it has it's risks too. Go to DHS or a family planning agency, or a doctor and they can give you all the options you have. They will give you a urine and/or blood pregnancy test before giving you contraception. Yes, it's true, you can get pregnant that way.

Good Luck and God Bless

You sound very scared and could use some help. First, make sure to get a friend or close relative to talk to and help you go get a pregnancy test. You may very well be pregnant.... unfortunately, pulling out is not the best birth control method and it sometimes fails if some pre-ejaculate gets in. It is best to use contraception like a condom and/or the pill.

If the test is negative and you are still showing symptoms, wait a week or two and try another test (or get a blood or urine test from the doctor). It sometimes takes a while to show up positive on the home tests, but a doctor can find out faster for you.

Please take a deep breath and get some support from those close to you.

I hope everything works out for you. My prayers are with you.

I am not going to diagnose you with being pregnant but it sounds like you might be. There is always a chance of getting pregnant through the pull out method. Pre-ejaculation does contain sperm. Your best bet is to get a very good early detection test use your first urine of the day (It contains the highest levels of the pregnancy hormone) and test. If it is positive get an OBGYN and make an appointment. If it is negative have protected sex from now on. If you still do not have your period and continue to have the symptoms try testing again in another week. Good luck to you hun!

Theres a very good chance you could be pregnant. Pulling out doesnt always do the trick. having sex during or around your period makes you VERY fertile too. You may need to get a test. Good luck.

you could be, because pre come still contains sperm and can still get you pregnant. You might want to go to a doctor and get a blood test to know for sure.
