i asked for a basin of ice filled with cold water for my partner to dip washrags in for my face and forehead, it saved him alot of walking back and forth to the bathroom to bring back not so very cold rags!

Does anyone else have any labor tips for the expecting moms on here?

what would you do if you lived below a couple with a 3 year old and the mothers boy friend yells at the little girl all the time and also swears at her.
just this morning he told her to shut the f*** up and stop your f***ing crying. after this i heard a loud noise like something heavy dropped i know the grandmother she use to be the landlord of the complex i live in. the landlord we have now is the girls aunt.
i am about ready to go to my landlord and let them i know i belive that he is hitting the girl the last i knew he was not living there anymore but just this morning i heard him yelling at the little girl again.

She throws her back up and scream bloody murder when I do anything with her that she doesn't want me to do. Like change her diaper or when I put her in her high chair to eat. She will calm down and eat after a few minutes. Or if she doesn't get her way she screams. She doesn't cry, she screams. She slaps me and others. She reminds me of a two year old. I didn't think such a young baby would act this way. I have a migrane daily because of this. Is this normal behavior of a ten month old?? I can't take her places anymore because she screams throught the whole store.. HELP!!!!

i was trying to get preg. but havent takin those hormone pills yet. the doc had me on birth control stopd takin them 2 mnths ago. had my perion a week ago. and now all of a sudden im have lower back aches which that doesnt happen... then i kinda feel nausiated and also have slight headaches and real swollen and bloated. my doc wantd me to start taking the prenatal vitamins i startd those also about a week ago... i dont know i really dont wanna waste my money again thinking i am.. just wondering if its possible... i really do want a child and sometimes i may over due it. like looking for signs. which is y im asking if i should go get a test r is this to soon? r could it be the vitamins making me feel this way. im strangly gaining weight... i dont know maybe stress?

i still havent found a name i think fits in between jarrel and jonas -
its daddys choice and he isnt going to change his mind so telling me to change the name isnt helping at all : ) and jonas is our surname so theres nothing we can do about that : )

How often should a 4 week old baby spit up formula? My son spits up with most every feeding he tends to spit up more at night. I know every child is different, but a ruff adverage would be nice. Am considering taking little one to the doctor, but hate to go running into the dr. if its nothing. None of my other 3 have ever spit up like this, or at least not that I can recall. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

... Because I will be working within those hours. Child care centre cost a lot whether it'll be a long or short stay. Occasional Child care centre will only allow you for 24hrs/month. Family day care centre must be minimum of 7hrs/day... I just need 4-5hours a day on weekdays and who'll charge a reasonable amount for those hours.

My 10 yr old has a friend who is mexican and thats fine. I really dont know this kids home life but I have talked to his mom a few times and they have invited my son to a noon to 6 birthday party (for Kevin my sons mexican friend) I really dont want him to go because I dont know if their family is 3 or 50 in the household and with all the crimes from illegal aliens Im very hesistant to send him over there > I havent told my son the feeling I have so what would you do.?Ive never heard of a kids party that lasts 6 hours.
