Pregnancy & Parenting - 18 February 2007

I'm 26 yrs. old and My DH and I are trying to get pregnant. I miscarried in Sept. so we are hoping this is it but i'm unsure. I'm 12 DPO and I started getting brown discharge this morning. It's now 1:45 and it has stopped. I started cramping 4 days ago like I was going to start my period but I havn't yet. Today thru Wed is usually when I start. Can anyone help me with the Brown discharge? I havn't had that before so I was wondering if theres a chance I could be pregnant? The cramps are messing me up to. As I only start getting cramps the day before. The cramps have lessed as well. I'm at a total loss. Can anyone give me some answers?

i just found out that i have herpes, and i would still like to have a baby. is there anyone out there that has done this with success? Did you have to have a C-section? Did your baby get herpes?

hi there i'm currently 32 weeks pregnant, and today i feel absolutley shattered and my whole body is aching.
all the muscles in my legs are sore, like i've run a marathon or something, is this a normal part of pregnacy
would i feel so so tired already , i know it happens near the end but i didnt expect it so soon, or am i maybe coming down with a flu bug or something like that, any advice would be great thanks.

I want to know what to do in the instance this happens.

I am now focusing on not one, but three girls. Yeah, you heard me, three.

So far, I am on the friend rung of the ladder with all three. I also want to make sure that one wants to be more than friends, if you catch my drift.

If you read my questions under the alias ZZ (it got banned), they are mostly about my rants on a lack of a girlfriend. But I think now, I may have a chance before winter break of the eighth grade.

So, my question is, what are signs of a girl liking you, and what can you say in the instance that happens?

I'm pretty sure thats what my doctor said. My sister in law told my daughter to "knock it off." when she was crying. She was only like 6 months old at the time, so it really ticked me off. Sis in law was like "come on, shes faking it, shes not even crying tears!" I wanted to smack her and say "shut up idiot, shes hungry and tired, she had every right to cry, its not like she can talk." dont you hate it when people are like that? Anyway, isnt the whole thing about them not being able to cry tears for quite a while true?

alright my husband and i are expecting our second child (boy). I think we'll use Ricardo as a middle name (i know the name is a little werid, but its five generational family name that ended with my dad - and since he didn't have any sons - i thought it might be sweet to give his grandson ricardo as a middle name). i figured the middle name was safe since we mainly go by first and last names - the middle names are just there and a little obscure. Does the first name have to flow with the middle? does anyone have a couple suggestions for a first name? our last name is LaRoche and my maiden name is Price (if that helps). Thanks!

my baby boy is almost 4 months old and lately ive noticed whenever i change his first morning diazper that hes...."hard" for lack of beter word ...is this normal its verry embarassing to me it feels like im his mom ishouldnt know about that is there any thing i can do to prevent haveing to see that?

I just got contact lenses yesterday. I did not sleep in them but I put them in this morning and one feels fine butt he oother one I can feel and it feels uncomfortable. Not painful just uncomfortable.

I work in a nursery my son comes with sometimes the cook uses turkey mince in her recipes due to the recent scare which is not to far from where I live should I stop my son from having the turkey mince we do not eat turkey at all except for christmas please help

My little brother (5 years old) is really wild and me & my sister had to babysit him.

First, he started to throw his toys everywhere and at us. Then, he started banging on the walls with a paperweight, putting marks on it. When we yelled at him, he threw the paperweight at my face and hit me in the head, and I was bleeding. I then got an icepack and bandage and had to sit down and my sister had to yell at him.

He then stole my icepack and ran around the house with it. He threw itout the window, and when I went outside to get it, he locked me in. My sister finally opened the back door for me. Then , after he threw a chair at my sister, we locked him in his room.

When my parents came home, we were cleaning up the mess. They then grounded us ecause the house was a disaster and my brother was locked in his room. He didn't even get in trouble.

How can I convince my parents that I did nothing wrong and that he should be punished?

My daughter just turned one and since she was born she has fallen asleep on my husbands chest. It is getting to the point that she needs to start sleeping in her crib to give he and I some "alone time" with out having to get a babysitter. When we put her in her crib she wakes up and cries like we have stabbed her or something. He and I smoke as well, and go outside to do so. We'll leave her in the living room with toys and when she sees us heading for the door she flips out! She has cried so hard she's stopped breathing. I hate leaving her like that and dont know what to do. Please, any help with either of these situations would be nice. I dont want to do the Ferber thing so dont suggest it please. Thanks

Why are people so judgemental when it comes to teen mothers. Im not pregnant and i don't have kids. But i do baby sit a lot and when people see a teenage girl with a baby they are not exactly kind. One time some old woman actually told me i was going to Hell . Its suprising how critical people can be even when you are an adult you get criticised for being unwed or divorced.
