I would ask your doctor. He/She will be able to give you an exam and do any testing to see if everything is ok. But from my side of things, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. I know when I was younger I had to go on the pill to get regular, that may help you. I only had to go on it for 6 mos to a year for the full effect, but stayed on it longer, wasn't ready for children yet. But you may want to try that, going on it, and then going off of it. Hope this helps you. Good luck

You might not have any trouble conceiving but then again you might. If you use an ovulation kit or something equal to that then you may not have any problems at all. You can learn exactly what to look for to tell if you are ovulating (such as stretchy whitish discharge which people compare to egg whites, etc.) Hope this helps!

If your cycles are very long. It's mathematically obvious that women who ovulate every six weeks — or about nine times a year — have fewer opportunities to get pregnant than those who ovulate monthly. For this reason, women with long cycles are sometimes given fertility drugs like Clomid to regulate ovulation.

If nothing is wrong, then yes you should be able to conseive, although it may take you a bit longer. If I were you I would get an ovulation test predictor and start using that after your period finishes to see when you are at your peak of LH surge, indicating you are at your most fertile time of the month. Once you get a positive on it then get active! Of course it is easiest if you see your doctor and get a papsmear just to make sure everything is ok first.

try agnus castus(available from health shops) and maybe some evening primrose as well, as this is a natural way to regulate your periods and balance your hormones( also helps with pms and menopause). also like others have suggested try ovulation sticks or the saliva microscope....or even the clearblue fertility monitor(if you feel like splashing out). these should help you know when your ovulating. my periods were all over the place for a long while and in the end they just regulated themselves. you could however have a word with your doc, he or she may suggest something... try not to worry and good luck!

It depends on whether you are ovulating or not...the best way to find out is to take ovulation prediction tests every month to make sure that you are in fact ovulating....Also I would speak to your Dr. about this since you do have very irregular periods...They may be able to help you out since you are trying to conceive.

Good Luck~

I have a period twice a month. I still had a baby. I got pregnant two or three days after my period went off. So try waiting two or three days.
