I have toys that hang from the infant seat handle. I have one of those mirrored/lightup toys. I've also just started putting stuffed animals in front of her so she can talk to them. This is helping a little. Is there anything else I can do?

My 3 1/2 month old seems to be getting fussy due to boredom. She doesn't seem interested in toys that I give her while holding her. She doesn't like her bouncy seat or swing. If I put her down she screams even more. I have her in day care from 5:45 am until 4 pm, so it seems like all I have is fussy time with her. Any ideas?

My baby just turned 6 months. He smiles a lot and finds many things amusing, but does not laugh out loud very often. I would say that he laughs, but it is silent laughter & I'm not sure if this counts. I keep reading that babies should be laughing out loud at this age, so I'm wondering if the lack of out loud laughing is something to be concerned about. (he is doing great developmentally in all other areas). I do many activities to elicit laughter, so you do not need to give me suggestions on how to elicit laughter. I'm just curious what your experiences are with this and if anyone else has had the same issue. Thanks!

Pains are central and low down, when sitting on the loo it feels like their insides may fall out and sometimes makes sitting uncomfortable, even when walking you can still feel it?

My husband was offered a new job making more money and I am about 8 weeks pregnant, I was told by some people that if he changes jobs then my pregnancy won't be covered by the new insurance is that true?? Can pregnancy be considered a pre Exsiting problem?? Or has anyone been pregnant and changed jobs and if so were you still covered?

when a child (2 year-olds) falls asleep while sitting at the table, the teachers make him/her stand ....I hate it and don´t see why we just can´t put the child in a bed...I live in Spain (I´m Dutch) and they are obsessed here with lunch....even if the child has already eaten quite a lot he/she needs to stand till lunch time finishes...how can I addres my concerns with the headmaster and other teachers???

Ok... So i don't really understand all of this RH-Neg stuff... But I am Blood Type A Neg and my hubby does not know what he is.... we are trying to find records of his that may show it....

At first my doctor said we were going to have one kid but then they said we are having boy and girl twins again. So what should I nae them??

I named the twins I had before Michele and Michael and they are only 4 months old. We were thinking maybe Christine and Christopher but that sounds a little to similar. Like we did with the first one. So do you any unique ones that sound good together?

I found out I have Strep B virus, I am 21 weeks pregnant. I have two older children and did not have this virus with either of them. Can anyone shed light on the truth about delivering a baby while having this virus? My OB/Gyn doesn't seemed too concerned. But, I am worried. I told my childrens pediatrician and he said the baby should be fine, but they will take all precautions.
