It probably doesn't mean anything. Dreams are your mind's way of relaxing and fantasizing. Or it could mean that you want to get pregnant. Again with the fantasy thing.

Ok, I'm not morbid at all but the "legend" goes...
If you dream of pregnancy/giving birth that means someone is going to pass. If you dream of someone passing that means someone is going to be born.
I'm not saying its true thats just what I've always heard.
