I really like it and I usually don't like weird names.
I do think that giving her one traditional name is a good idea just in case she wants to use a different name as an adult.
You could give her two middle names. Phoenix Prudence.
(Are you mad that Angelina named her kid Shiloh?)

Is there a reason to name her Phoenix? Many Asians have Phoenix as their name, my friends name is Phoenix too. Also reminds me of X-Men, and the city. You listed your other children's names, yes they are unique, but this will be the only name out of them all that means a mythical bird and true as the adjective. The other children's names are more of just names. Phoenix True, true phoenix? It's up to you, but in my opinion, maybe try looking for unique names that's more similar to your other childrens names.

you need to know that a Phoenix is a mystical bird that can re-create itself after being burned up on fire.
Is this the type of conotation that you want for your new baby. Think of what the other kids will call her in school with a name like Phoenix.
and
by the way, Phoenix is also a City in Arizona and this too will also have some negative conotations to your daughter as she grows.
Just some thoughts.

It's a little too " I grew up on a hippie commune.". I kind of like Phoenix but not with True for a middle name. Try an old-fashioned name for a middle name like Clara.

i dont like it the name sounds like a weird city or some product spin off of phoenix gold or other commercial name if you want to go with phoenix pick a different middle name but right now it just sounds like the name of a product you can buy and that would make her get teased at school which you dont want her coming home one day and saying everyone made fun of her name so try the babynamesworld.com or go thru and run names thru your head like phoenix niese(nie-ese) so good luck

I like True, but not so much with Phoenix. Do you have any 3 syllable names you like? Elizabeth, Jennifer, Jillian, Allison, Cassady all sound good before True.
Nathaniel James is good.

It sounds tragic, sure a phoenix rises, but the end is so brutal. Taking your cue from the stars? It sounds like a celeb name, arrogant and pretentious, unoriginal and trying way too hard.
Good Luck, and no hard feelings!
