That day that you feel your ovary like I do. Have sex and also monitor your ovulaton with an OPK. I did and it told me I was ovulating that same day of the pain. Now I'm waiting until tuesday to get a blood test.

Good Luck!!

Have you tried a ovulation home test. This test will be able to tell you when you are ovulating and the best time to have sex. You can do it that way or talk to your ob/gyn about a temperature chart where you document your temperature and he can tell you when the best time to have sex and try to conceive. I know all about trying. My husband and I tried for 2 yrs and then after we just gave up we got pregnant with twins... Its funny how things work out.
Good Luck

You should try a few days before ovulation, the day of ovulation and 1 day after....If you have a regular cycle and know when you ovulate each month thats great..if you are not too sure you can use an ovulation prediction kit so you know when your best time to conceive is....Good Luck~~~~

umm some people can detect when they ovulate.. have sex every second day and when your ovaries "pop" every night for 3 days the days before the pop would be the most fertile I would assume keep an eye on your cervical fluid. good luck
